      Thanks Guru mate, I was feeling something was about to come but I didn't know what it was till this appeared hehe.       I read a while ago about bonus abuse, Skrill or Neteller were the deposit methodes used to abuse bonuses. Probably this might the reason why they removed Skrill or Neteller from their banking page. This might also the reason why many casinos excluded them from their bonuses. Skrill and Neteller are the only banking methodes that can be used for lightning fast withdrawals and casinos who do not support these methodes are just not interesting anymore but that's my opinion. Or maybe it's the regulations, maybe the government just want to tax all your money incomes, the only way to do so is via bank etc because they cannot do that with Skrill or Neteller. But that's just my speculation.

      Rigged. fixed, pre-determined, call it what you want but I can assure you that there's no cheating involved here. No software is perfect. I also can assure you that the gambling commission will tell you the same. Many players tried to 'expose' rigged games etc via screenshots or videos but with no luck, some of them even speculated 'conspiracy' which is ridiculous. If you don't happy with certain games or casinos, I'd advise you to play somewhere else, it is easier to search somewhere else instead of trying to proof of 'unfair gaming'.

      The outcome of every spin is already pre-detemined, regardless your choices during the bonus round. Games are there for entertainment only. Not many people know this but all pro gamblers do. It does take away the fun indeed but that's how things work. Some casinos do show the outcome of the bonus before it ends. So, there's no cheating here, simply a glitch but it is harmless.

      I couldn't agree more, the issue remains on his end, the casino did nothing wrong, it is your own responsibility to take care of your own stuff. Like I said, I think this is a lost cause. At first I thought that it was a lame excuse of trying to take losses back, too many coincidences in my opinion but hey, I'm not Sherlock Holmes and we should never judge a book by its cover. Strange things happen all the time and the player's issue might be real.

      True that, low payout and no multiplier, they did keep it interesting by adding stacked scatters and stacked wild symbols. Scatter symbols never appear alone, if one (set) appears, other scatters will too so this is a game with a guaranteed bonus feature.

      You can try ask the relevant casino department, I guess in this case the banking department, on which name they tried to withdraw, this might brings the light who might have hacked your account. I am afraid the casino wouldn't refund your losses because the account was accessible to everyone who has the info, the issue is on your part and not the casino part but you can always try to get your money back by providing the all evidence you have but there's no guarantee you will receive them.

      I couldn't agree more, they should have a system that blocks IP address/e-mail or a matching name and d.o.b. Unfortunately for us there aren't. Playing at White Hat Gaming casinos required a lot of reading. Certain deposit methodes are not eligible for their welcome offers but they do not have bonus block, so if you are new to them and didn't read the full terms of their bonuses, the odd is great of you to take the bonus using the excluded deposit methode and they will confiscate the winnings. Personally I think White Hat Gaming could prevent something like these from happening but apparently they chose not to. If you are not agree with their decision regarding the self exclusion issue, you can always file a complaint against them, via Askgamblers or straight to MGA. Provide all the evidence/screenshots.       First of all, welcome to Askgamblers. To my knowledge, when someone attempt to login and failed several times, the account will be frozen and there's no way anyone could access to your account, or even remotely play the funds. Even so, if the person/hacker managed to access to your account and played the funds, the casino will not refund it. If they really planning to start an investigation regarding this, they will track the IP address and whatnot. If you ask me, the hacker might be someone you know, maybe even a really close one.

This particular company runs over a dozen casinos, if you have requested a self exclusion at one or more of their sisters casino, you are automatically self excluded from all White Hat Gaming casinos. I am afraid this is a lost cause, many players made the same mistake, never and I mean, never request a self exclusion. But anyhow, I think the main issue here is that you cannot handle your lost. Losing is a big part of gambling, it is up to you when to stop.       I do want to make it clear that this is nothing personal against any AG crew and I wasn't addressing any bad things about AG, in contrary, AG has been great to me and I'm still proud to be a member of AG community. If I came a bit harsh, I'm sorry for that, it was not my intention. I am aware of all things you mentioned above and the issue will be eventually solved. Please do understand that I've spent many days collecting those screenshots and many deposits too, I know nobody asked/forced me to do that and that's why I decided not to participate in this contest anymore because in the end, all that work was for nothing. I'm not blaming AG for any issue occurred because some things are beyond our controle but to be honest I expected a temporarily solution from AG part. Anyhow, I apologize if I was too harsh and I hope we can forget about this entirely and move on.
