First of all, I think many of us had the same question but maybe you're aware of RTP (return to player) and RNG (random number generator) which aswered your first question. Pirated games? The thing is, many people used this 'methode' to skip the wagering reqs of the bonus money. Yes, this was a nice 'bonus cheat' system but casinos are aware of this now and players who use this methode will lose their entire bonus balance.

      Hey there guru mate Thank you for the update regarding this matter Yes Sharon did mentioned it earlier about contacting you regarding this matter, I'm positive she did tried her best to find an alternative, temporarily solution but without any success. What can I say? Everybody hates bugs, whether they were real life insects or digital insects but some could make profit of it, it's a part of the circle of life. Sharon's suggestion is fair indeed but I considered this issue as a sign to withdraw from the contest.

      When a casino uses fake games, intentionally or not it's not an excuse, money lost played on those games still lost, they do not do refund. Once branded rogue, they will remain that way in my book.
