      Hi Treeny Welcome to Askgamblers. I have seen a lot of complaints regarding people requesting to close their account but it falls under the self-exclusion category. People have lost a lot of cash this way, where they couldn't withdraw big wins they achieved from a sister site because they self excluded from another sister site. My best advise is to just leave the account open and not bother to play with it - this is just to prevent the situation you mentioned you experience on a regular basis.       You saw how he falls to the back everytime he has a big win. There was this one video where he fall to the back and chair actually broke lol.       The deposit is not an issue. We normally chill outside and everyone used their own phone as hotspot, so we do not share internet. 1 of my friends made a withdrawal at videoslots already without problems.
