      Hello Do you mind sharing the website or group you joined from and self excluded from? Well they will keep your winnings as soon they realised you self excluded and there is nothing you can do about it. I am sure it is somewhere in their terms in a very fine print. They allow you to register and deposit as per normal and then when you withdraw thats when they will detect it. I hope they give your winnings, but would not keep my hopes up as the chances of you not getting your money is 95% unless the casino will act in Good Faith and pay you out or even return your deposits. The best possible scenario we had was a players deposits was returned.

      Forget about it and move on... Nothing you can do about it. This issue has been running through the forums over and over again, with no resolution favoring the player. One more piece of advise - Never self exclude PERIOD!!! Just stay away.

      For me, i find that the RTP for online casinos are better than land based casinos. Which means winning happens more regulary and of course, i love gambling out of the comfort of my home.       Sounds like you played with real money? I mean you created an account at 10 am and then at 1pm you already withdrawing? Does not sound like you played with bonus funds at all and congratulations on your winnings. By Friday latest they will contact you to request documentation. By Tuesday latest you will get a email saying you are verified and then 2 days later you will get paid more or less. Just the verification takes an additional 2 days tot he withdrawal process.
