      It depends, do you have budget to play with real cash funds and without a bonus, or do you like claiming bonuses to have extra funds to play with? Wager that is good is anything from x30 - x45 the "BONUS" amount only, if you get anything from x30 - x50 (Deposit +Bonus) then its too high. I personally do not like bonuses these days anything, just too much hassle at certain casinos and 70% of the time you end up losing, as slots do not play and pay the way they used to anymore.

      Hi JairaW They can ban yes, but will do it with sufficient reasons, unless they blocked your account due to certain reasons. They would not block you when you win big, unless they investigating your account and confirming the big win with the game provider, due to this they tend to block your account temporary untill investigation is done(This Could take anything from 1 - 4 weeks), However after investigation, if all is legit, then they will enable the account and pay you out. Please note a lot of things can get you blocked, fraudelent transactions, max bet exceeded, irregular playing/patters, country restrictions just to name a few. However the amounts we talking about here in order for the investigation to start is enormous and not your few thousands, could be anything from $50k and up. Also you may use the AGGCS service, with sufficient evidence of course and state your case. Please do not proceed to do so, if you know you are in the wrong and wasting both the casino and Askgamblers time in the process. Get your facts in order and story straight and do not leave any detail out when making a complaint. the more information and proof the quicker and better.

      Yeah I figured. Was surprised to see it was approved this quickly but happy at the same time :p When i read the within 48 hours part, I figured the complaint might be pending and then my docs was approved during that time. Thanks V Appreciate it.

      I experience it sometimes with my bank - However the initial purchase is reserved for the transaction, however on day 3/4 when the merchant does its banking and take the money, the bank actually put the money back and then send the final payment and it could be a slighly different amount depending on the exchange rate. So lets say $10 would cost me R146 which means a $1 = R14.60 today and then on Saturday the banking is done and the $1 = R15, then the actual debit would be R150 in this instance, just as an example of how it works my side with the exchange etc. However the R146 is reserved and gets increased to R150 on the day of banking.

      Agreed Which is why I like Videoslots. - They have a withdrawal limit of 30 000 euro per month, no matter how much you withdrew in 1 week or in 1 day, however they charge a fee of $2.5 if you withdraw more than once in the same day. However you can also get paid more than 30 000 euro a month if you have that balance exceeding that amount but that is on managers approval.

      Yeah I was thinking. Lets give it till today because they have a policy to say that a withdrawal can take Maximum 3 business days according to their terms and conditions.

      Its been 48 hours and Mars casino has not touched or reviewed my documents at any points. On the night of the 14th my documents was in approved status. I then contacted live chat to ask about my withdrawal and suddenly my docs was not approved afterwards. They say it was a mistake that it was approved and the manager needs to approve it. Tehy cannot even provide me with updates.
