  1. It's not for the lighthearted. Personally I think it's just a brutally honest game. It streaks, like most do. You'll go 1500 and then next session it's 5 in 500 - all between 250x-750x and then again, all between 50-150X. Unlike most games though you don't need the bonus to make a withdrawal - the maths is such that 250-500x in the base game aren't uncommon, plus the base game can be gentle. You want bonus's then play SA - note the tracker categorises the bonus rounds wrong. What's surprising is I've played 7k plus in this game - however, one of only 5 i'm up on Others are, from 2018: 1. Bonanza 2. Book of Ra 3. Dead or alive - though it's been awful recently 4. Jamming Jars Worst 1. Immortal Romance - MG are now making worse games that Netent, who'd have thought 2. Most PNG's apart from SA. PNG are actually the worst software provider for me. 3. DHV - BTG have mothballed wins in this - it's a different game to pre April-18
  2. You've obviously never played Bonanza, it lets you down so it can stamp on your head
  3. I’ll give it another whirl tomorrow... Wonder if anyone’s hit the 5000x yet? Casumo said that they have 5 people a month that hit it in Book of Dead (or something like that) If not, I’ll be happy if my IP addressed is programmed to receive it.
  4. Dans lucky he never went to Microgaming as I’ve an entire A4 notepad of feedback for them. The general theme is ‘just stop’ :-)
  5. Considering what Valdes said from what he seen and considering it was a Nektan, it’s a bit of a (good for you!) surprise. They were not half quick in that.... Cuts out a lot of potential head butting against walls :-) Best of luck :-)
  6. Dan, I think what Fiekie is saying is that he loves this game :-p
  7. They probably want all the information to start with - part of that will be confirming his ID. I wouldn’t read too much into why they’re asking for it - could be positive, could not. Wait and see... Check your bank re chargebacks and what you can or cannot do - remember though to be totally honest when doing this / last thing you want is to be pulled up for chargeback fraud ;-) My knowledge of using this has disappeared over the last few years...check out Which or MSEs site, they give a very good overview of it. But each will depend on the banks own policies. I wouldn’t do anything else until the casino come back though.
  8. They probably want it to see if your son actually exists before they start the decision making process. In line with what Valdes said - one of the reasons why casinos would be reticent to refund is the dangerous precedent it would set - for example, I leave my cards, passport and utility bill on the kitchen table and say to my son ‘now don’t you think of gambling online with that identity kit, nudge nudge wink wink’ That’d pose a real issue - if he wins, quids in and if he loses I say it wasn’t me. That’s why many do not, and will not, refund. I don’t want to appear sceptical or whatever - I worked in a fraud department for a year when out of Uni moons ago and can see it from a company’s perspective. If your case is genuine, and iv no reason to think otherwise, I hope you have a happy resolution. But PS. - lock down your bank/card details in the future :-)
  9. To highlight suckiness - came a short while after above
  10. Some decent base game hits on Bonanza x250 X on 2 quid. Shame the bonus sucks atm
  11. You may have some push back from the casinos on this, certainly initially at least - They will, understandably, be cautious about firing out a refund. There have been a few cases like this - Bet 365 a few years ago: they refused. Not sure what came of it - One where the guy had his son prosecuted to get back 30k In terms of the casino's licensing conditions and if they broke them by having poor controls to pick up underage gambling. Easy in shops to control, not so much online. If he has your DOB, address etc then even age verification checks are meaningless. The section in the UKGC's Licence Code (3.2 - page 41 - Just google UKGC LCCP) deal with the expected controls they should have. But they're kinda superficial if the person knows you and has access to your personal information. Ultimately I'd be be very hard to prove they breached that so its not even an avenue I'd go down personally. I had an issue whereby years ago someone used my card for Poker Stars. My bank said that normally they'd have refunded but, as i gamble and i had transactions with other casinos on there, they wouldn't. Ended up they contacted PS asking for evidence that it was me. PS never obliged and i was refunded (was a bit more straightforward as the transactions occurred abroad. It took 28 days. If the casino doesn't budge then i think you probably need to speak to a lawyer to see what's the best course. They may tell you that you can only pursue if you report it. Obviously, that may be something you don't want to do. Chargeback? Again, you'd need to speak to the bank and see what the options are. AFAIK you can use chargeback for something that wasn't authorised by yourself - so i'm not sure them simply fobbing you off to the casino was 100% correct. Problem here is that it's specific to 'fraud' - for example, the Financial Ombudsman stated that if someone responded to a phishing email, got their account details taken....it does not automatically guarantee the victim a refund. Lots of rules around this, all depending on the actions of the company, so even that's not iron clad. Summary - you need to speak to someone legal, if the casino don't oblige. Though you can appeal to their more human nature before this. But don't be surprised if they don't - not directed at you personally but they will have probably seen plenty of these cases cross their desks in the past - some genuine, some not.
  12. The only complaint i'll be submitting is one based on the unsubstantiated sayings that i've been apparently making The only complaints I've made are to the UKGC. And all of which were ignored Because they are apparently not an ombudsma....auch i can't even be bothered finishing the word
  13. And that there is why i play it. Coming back from kitchen , crisps in tow, and seeing that faded out background and dynamite a looming gets the endorphins a pumping. Can't do that? Hmmm...not so much
  14. Far from compelling, in fact nowhere close Should i feel compelled i would select a test case with, lets say, a little more greyness around the edges
  15. And if they do... I’ll put a complaint in here :-p
  16. Mine is still reversible so going to reverse and go on Gemix on 2 quid plus and see can I make 50 at least. See if they notice :-)
  17. As better as the QF platform is I'm going to not use it until/if the autospin is fixed - Bonanza has average bonus rounds of 460 spins and click, click is just not sustainable
  18. Only concern dude if that they wipe the cash completely which i think they've been doing. See what it's like later.... It's ill gotten gains so no loss really - I'm sure Valdes etc would be supportive of a complaint Or not...
  19. Should also be mentioned that the stakes go 20p,40p etc but you can do 20p increments after a quid. No jump to 2 quid.... Anyhow, i can feel the tide turning so i'm legging it out at 325 for a smash and grab 300 quid profit.
  20. Between these and the Ancient Egypt pics it looks like I'm promoting Trada. I'm not, but should you see this Conor@Trada and think that such advertising is worthy of a salary of somewhat, feel free to PM me whereby I'll be obliged to submit any payment details.
  21. 2nd one, 240X, bit better. Ok, it's not that rigged
  22. First bonus on the QF - great start of 5 X. Far smoother though
