      Today was the day when I logged into my AG account and got my 5 year anniversary badge! It still feels insane that I've been here for so long and that time has passed so quickly. So many members have come and gone and I'm lucky to be one of the older ones! A lot of good and bad things have happened but one thing I know is that I love being a part of this forum. So many casinos have been reviewed, so many games have been played. Also being offered to be a part of Slotsfighter first season was incredible! I just want to say thank you to all the great people I've learned to know from our dear forum- I've learned a lot from you guys. Thank you for having me here!

      I've had some really nice wins on Dragon's Treasure which works similarly to Book of Dead slot. Vampires seem to be very volatile as well, haven't yet managed to get past the 50x bet mark but I've seen some 100x bet wins on it. Recently tried Mirror Mirror Deluxe but it was super cruel to me.

      So recently I commented on several topics here on the forum about casino VIP programs and mentioned that I'm VIP at Casino Heroes. Well, guess what? I'm no longer VIP! I've been depositing so much at Casino Heroes and last October I received email about welcoming me to their VIP program. The only perks were Sunday Freeplay where I'd get either free spins (with regular wagering requirements) or rubies I could spend in the store. Today I spoke with CS agent and asked if I'd get the Sunday Freeplay reward to which I was told- I'm sorry but you're no longer VIP. And all that because I haven't made a deposit there for a week! Recently I had quite a losing streak at this casino and set myself a deposit limit. Now they couldn't even send me an email regarding this, since I've been so, so loyal? I understand that VIP is not a requirement for a casino to have, but after this, I won't be putting any deposits as I really didn't like the way they handled it. As a VIP I had a dedicated Account Manager (but he never reached out to me with tailored offers or anything, unless I wrote him myself), so I'd expected for him to atleast let me know that based on this and that, I'm no longer qualifying for the VIP program. Sorry for the rant guys, but given the fact that I had lost there and being treated like my loyalty is pointless, it just made me upset. Thank you Casino Heroes for the entertainment, and, bye!

      Ouch that's painful! Yeah I really don't like these games where you need to collect specific symbols for ages, don't have the patience to do that..for almost no payout!

      I have to agree. In the past there's only a few Yggdrasil games that have given any big wins at all. And with big I mean over 100x bet, not any 1000x or so. I am curious about the Cazino Cosmos slot as I haven't tried it and I have seen many great screenshots for it. Regardless, Yggdrasil slots for the most part lag on my laptop/phone, I don't find them to have an exciting winning potential so that's why they are on my "rather not play" list.

      Although I play at Slotjoint quite a bit, I'm not a VIP member but I've never had an issue with any questions I may have. I'm actually interested to take a look into the VIP program they have, after these post. Regardless, I agree with pinnit, most loyalty programs aren't really worth it. I've spent so, so much at Casino Heroes and I'm a VIP member ( didn't know they have a VIP program as they don't advertise it until I was welcomed with an email last October). The only thing I've got is free rubies on some sundays and dedicated account manager. No special offers or anything else.

      Nowadays some of casinos terms are absolutely crazy. About the one that Slotjoint has- I've been playing there for a long time and I've always vouched for them, and regarding this term I'm sure it's as Guru said- about players looking for a way to scam a casino, not being just regular members. But that's my humble opinion.

      Glad to hear everything turned out to be well! But I have to agree with pinnit, there's no reason why a casino should see all of your transactions, balance or anything really, except for the banking details you had already given to them from the very start.

      I was excited about the freeroll battle on mobile but I had problems launching it. When I tried to register for a freeroll battle, it showed that I don't have enough funds to proceed (while there was no way I didn't qualify)

      And the answer to this is to close your account and seek further help. I'm sure VaIDes can tell more. Truly hope you will figure a way out of this situation you clearly don't want to be in!

      I can understand how you feel but in my opinion, it's so often that casinos change their terms and conditions that as pinnit said, you should always check the info on casinos page and if you're confused, talk to the customer support agent and save the conversation. On a hindsight, that's a really low maximum bet rule and I haven't seen that in a while. But unfortunately, at the end of the day, if you take casinos money (bonus offer) you need to apply by all the rules, even if they are silly. And if you don't like that, simply don't take bonuses.

      Finally back to this thread! Unfortunately this time the winnings were lost, but still, nevertheless a good play time. Immortal Romance at Slotjoint casino - it's been a long time since I had a win like this on IR. Extra Chilli at Casino Heroes- I have a love/hate relationship with it. It gets addicting to buy the features and for the most part it gives low payouts, however the winning potential is definitely there.
