      To be honest, the ignoring your messages and not getting back to you seems simple to me- they realized they messed up and now they need to figure out how they will deal with it and till then just keep being persistent as it's on them and I believe that persistence will pay off.

      For me it also seems strange that no verification was required when she deposited so much in a matter of a few days in small, consistent amounts. Also the fact that they didn't check that the bank card name wasn't the same as her player name (if I understand correctly from the description). I wish you luck and I think there is good chance of winning the case you submitted (AGCCS) as they should have done a KYC check especially since the regulations in the UK are much stricter than in other countries.

      I have been pretty vocal and whenever I talk to someone in the gaming industry, be it a provider or an operator, I always say that I don't support it. I think most of the streamers are advertising irresponsible gambling, the bet sizes and deposits (the ones that are real) are unimaginable and it's just unnecessary. I do like seeing some reviews on new games as others said, but all of these N1 type of promotions (still remember the email where they said- with JUST 50eur bet Roshtein won over 100k lol) just leave me with a bad impression of the casino and not wanting to play there. Most streamers act entitled, unreasonable and simply annoying. No tear would be shed from me if casino streaming would end tomorrow.

      I personally would be careful with this, it is possible that the game won't count towards wagering or your withdrawal later could be cancelled because of this as it can be looked upon as bonus abuse- especially if you choose to get the last heart on a fresh- bonus free deposit. But I think it also really depends on your betsize, I doubt a smaller stakes win would be checked upon, but if it is a higher bet pluss the potential that Lil Devil has, it could cause some troubles. But that again really depends on the casino, bonus policy, bet size etc. I personally wouldn't risk it even if it isn't in the bonus rules.

      Haha guru, you certainly will! It's been hectic, since I had to get a new job and just started in one, working from the office every day. So now that I'm adjusting to the new schedule again, I'm finding the balance and jumping in the discussions.

      I don't really play live casino games but monopoly is one of the rare ones I could play just because it has different gameplay and stuff. But I'm not sure if I'm patient enough to play it as I am generally not a live games fan at this point.
