Thanks guys for your replies. My frustration comes from the fact that I specifically asked MrVegas wheel and they said "yes, there's one"- several times. I'm not one to complain but this felt very unprofessional and misleading. I've also sent them an email and they're saying they're escalating it.. Not hoping on much but let's see.

Do we have a MrVegas rep here on Askgamblers? Reached level 21 and support had told me twice that I'd be getting the special wheel as it's so difficult to get there. Now they're saying there's no wheel award for that. Super upsetting as for why customer support misinformed me twice and clearly I spent more cash to wager to this level.

That or the opposite- you see other people (for example streamers) buying features and makes you think you can win too. Then you end up buying bonus after bonus with tiny returns and end up chasing the big win that may never come.

I'm trying to stay away from bonus buys, as they tend to get expensive with not so great return. But this one seems good- at least it's less than 100x bet to buy it.

Hey coco! So to trigger the bonus, the scatters (and wilds or also known as "?" symbols) need to be aligned from leftmost to right. Therefore, the bonus wasn't triggered as there was no wild symbol or scatter symbol on the second reel.

I think these regulations are just taking it to an unnecessary level. Removing bonus buys was one thing, but it doesn't make any sense to remove autoplay. What I think will happen is that people are going to play at unlicensed casinos and the UKGC casinos will see huge losses in revenue which will probably mean more casinos shutting down.
