You shouldn't have accepted it, should have informed the live chat host about it, got some kind of confirmation on the conversion rate, and if the chat host confirmed that that is the conversion rate they are using, then only you should have started playing. Nonetheless, with such a ridiculous conversion rate, I would never have accepted it and would have demanded a full refund! Now the casino is using that fault in the conversion rate as a means to delay, or even deny, paying your full winning amount.
