Unfortunate as it may seem, but casinos do have the right to temporarily suspend or block a player's account, simply on account of the player in question having behaved very badly during the chat , or had used abusive words towards the chat host. This is usually not a permanent suspension or blockage, so what you can do is to write in an apologising email to the casino's support team, or directly to the manager, admitting that you did indeed had misbehaved in that moment of time. But if there was something of an issue that you had raised against the casino, but did not get the right responses from them, then there may be a case for you to make a dispute complaint. Nevertheless, without any deeper info from you regarding this matter, we simply cannot give better advices or suggestions.

@cocopop3011 Usually, if a screenshot contest is points based, then the rule is usually at any casino on any game. Hope the same would apply here.

@cocopop3011 Is there any restrictions on the number of lines or minimum bet size? If none, then I can still join this contest playing on lesser lines and on lesser bets. Otherwise, it's a no-go for me.

I'm only interested in things that I can use daily or frequently, or things that are more useful to me, so what will I be buying at Amazon? T-shirts of course...plus maybe a simple footwear if the balance is enough.
