  1. Well, honestly speaking, Casumo's chat hosts are very friendly guys and gals. I have nothing against them. What annoys me most is their system - loyalty is only rewarded as long as I keep depositing a certain amount each month at the casino! Nope, I no longer can afford to deposit regularly as before, I have not been getting my rewards as before either, so it's clearly the end of the road for me and Casumo.
  2. My long list of casino names...it annoys me looking at it...so in Spring, I did Spring cleaning...and closed about half of my all casino accounts! Amongst the victims...Casumo...CasinoRoom...all GameTech casinos...all casinos that don't accept Neteller...all casinos that don't have NetEnt or Microgaming...and a few casinos that charge a deposit fee for Neteller deposits. Come Summer, I'll probably do Summer cleaning next...and get rid of another half of my list! Hahaha.
  3. Aaah...the daily 'rise and fall' of Bigdk...but then again, who doesn't get one anyway, right? Win some, lose lots more...
  4. Hope it'll be a good little trick!
  5. Okie dokie...will do that. In the meantime, congrats to Bigdk and congrats to Afi too.
  6. Summaries by end of next week...or end of this week, Guru-san? I was hoping it'll be end of this week, or early next week...but I'm not the Guru...hehehe.

  8. Yeah, I know exactly what you mean mate. Those casinos are not my regulars anyway, but as long as the free spins and bonuses are coming, the accounts will go on living. Stop them, and the accounts will go dead! Hahaha.
  9. Yep...you better start checking all emails from now on my dear! I'm wondering just how many free spins offers you may have missed out from Caddell casinos so far! For me personally, when they come, they come in fours - from 21Casino, Casilando, Fruity Casa and Slot Planet. Sometimes, I would also get free spins from Hello and Gday casino (or was that GDFPlay Casino - I always confuse these two!), but I've since closed these accounts, so only that 4 casinos remains...for now at least.

  12. Yeah...I'm simply puzzled too! No doubt that Slotsfighter tournament may be taking away all the interests, but that should only affect Fiekie and Blondie...so what is happening with all the other members, right? Only Bigdk is responding so far (GOTM contest)... (Edited)...and Fiekie has participated too (I forgot about his posted games reviews, hehehe)
  13. Well...for me personally...the first game is a bore-nanza, as Pinnit has said...the second game is 'danger'ous...so that keeps me away for now. Hehehe.
  14. Yep! I always open all my emails from casinos, even those in my Spam box, just to see what they are all about. There have been lots of cases of free spins attached, or bonus money credited into my account, and sometimes, even wonderful occasional big deposit bonuses that are simply tempting! I certainly would have missed out on all these if I had simply deleted them without checking out first.

  16. Kudos Casino has since been terminated from Askgamblers list of casinos, due to being unresponsive, so any new intending players simply cannot sign up at Kudos via Askgamblers link anyway. For existing players, I guess Kudos is already quite well known for being very sluggish, and I haven't heard of anyone actually enjoy playing there. Nonetheless, telling your story on what had actually happened to your cashout may cast some new light on the casino.
  17. Well, at least the casino is doing the right thing for you Lizy - returning back your real cash balance after you had completed the wagering requirements on the bonus money. As for the games, it is quite clear to me that if you are playing on a restricted game, your cash balance would not show up, and you only get to play with your bonus money. This is a common thing at many other casinos, so there's nothing to worry about. Nonetheless, just be thankful that Wintika is honest enough to pay you back all that is due to you and is not trying to cheat you in any way.
  18. Well, you definitely are not alone on this my dear. I'm sure lots more players would not even think of it either. Unluckily for me, I have had this same experience a few times before, at different casinos. Very recently, I got caught in another similar situation, not exactly the same situation as at Wintika, but a sneaky trap nonetheless! Champagne Spins Casino unfinished bonus money wagering cannot be cancelled off or be forfeited, and therefore had to be carried forward into the free spins play, and then gets combined with the free spins winnings wagering! That becomes 2 wagerings combined into one, like it or not! Simply ridiculous! But of course, I cannot accept that and I didn't want that either, so I cancelled off the unfinished bonus wagering, which still had a huge amount left, but in doing so, my 100 unused free spins got cancelled too! What the argh! If I had known this earlier on, I wouldn't have deposited and taken up its welcome offer!
  19. Oh geees! I forgot that the links from the article would also become active in my post! Luckily, they are links to non-casino related items, or else our Guru might come after me with an elephant gun...a huge one! Hahaha.
  20. Yes indeed! A very sneaky trick that most players would not even be aware of the implications involved! Imagine if Lizy had won 2400 EUR from that 4 EUR rebate money, then all that 2400 EUR becomes eligible for withdrawal! But with a bonus sneaked in, the max withdrawal automatically becomes limited to a miserly 50 EUR! Sheesh!
  21. Wintika is one of the several casinos offering GamesOS games, using the 1ClickGames platform. What this means is that it was predominantly a GamesOS casino, but added other game providers later on, but non-GamesOS games are separated into a different category or grouping. Non-GamesOS games can only be played with real money. Yes, that 4 EUR rebate money was indeed real cash money, without any wagering requirement attached to it, but the casino was being very sneaky when they gave you that 10 EUR bonus! With a bonus attached to your account, your 4 EUR rebate money thus cannot be withdrawn - not until you have completed the wagering on that 10 EUR bonus money (99x wagering, if I'm not mistaken)! It is also stated in their Bonus Terms that the maximum allowable withdrawal for any winnings from bonus money is limited to 50 EUR. Hence, there is simply no case for you to fight the casino...so sorry to say, Lizy. I have closed my accounts at ALL GamesOS casinos and I simply would not play at any of them either. If you can play at other better casinos, please do so...unless you are in the US or Canada, or in some other countries that are not accepted by most casinos.
  22. Hi Lizy, welcome to Askgamblers forum. First of all, cash rebates can either be real cash, with no wagering attached to them, or real cash but with a wagering attached, which is also usually accompanied by a max withdrawable amount on the initial cash rebate. In other cases, rebates are considered as bonus money, with the usual wagering requirements and max withdrawable amount limitations. I don't know which of the first two your cash rebate is. Secondly, many casinos have a system whereby certain games cannot be played with real cash when a bonus is still active in the account (real cash balance would show zero). Whenever you play on such restricted games, only your bonus money would be seen in your account, and only this bonus money would be used for your play on that game. Hence, that 50 EUR max withdrawable limitation came into play when you tried to make a withdrawal from winnings gained from bonus money. The way I see it, this would be the most likely situation in your case. You can name the casino, if you don't mind, so that the actual T&Cs and Bonus Terms can be checked for verification...or you can check this out for yourself and then confirm it here for us to know.
  23. Agree mate...I am also a person who believes in technological advances that are good...as in blockchain technology. But humans being humans, scams and scandals will always be present, either with fiat currencies or cryptos...the big difference being it is damn hard to trace any criminal activities with cryptos, hence it becomes a very favourable medium. So long as supporters and users of cryptos understand and know the risks involved, then they are free to do as they like. In the meantime, this blockchain technology should definitely be developed further to enhance the current fiat financial protocols and system.
  24. I've always been against Bitcoin right from the very start, simply because of its 'dark' beginnings. More and more prominent people have tried to warn the public of this menace, but greed has always been stronger - millions of users want to get rich quickly, even upon realising that they can go bankrupt overnight instead! A few casinos have already stopped accepting Bitcoin for deposits and withdrawals, but for the other casinos that are still maintaining it, well, all I can say is that these casinos are most probably either financed or owned by the blardy rich members of the dark organisation/society - the initiators and/or creators of Bitcoin! I would say that demand for Bitcoin would soon diminish...so rapidly that existing owners and users of Bitcoin would be caught in total surprise!
