      Have you considered that the 'not enough bets' may actually refer to that 3 simultaneous deposits you had made, and not just on one 25 quid deposit? The system may see it as a 75 quid deposit, so whatever deposit wagering required may actually be imposed on that 75 quid amount! Just my thoughts though.

      For me, it's very simple...the minimum deposit required to claim the welcome bonus...be it $20, 20 EUR or even $25 at one particular casino. If I don't want to claim their welcome bonus, then it may be just $10 or 10 EUR. Heeey...I'm no high roller...and I certainly cannot afford bigger deposits!

      Well, I must agree to some of your points there, AverageGuy, but more than that, I cannot say or know better, until I can see for myself the positive changes taking place. Anyhow, Rick Valentine has just confirmed to me today that my favourite Finn game can now be played with real money...but no longer can be played in the Demo mode...hahaha...what a twist of events for that Finn game...but I ain't complaining! But yes, the guys at Champagne Spins Casino are certainly looking after their customers...but so are a few other Direx N.V casinos too...and that's why they're my top favourite casinos now. Not having MGA or UKGC licences makes no difference to me!

      Whaaat? Now that is really really strange! I have not ever come across any of such mistakes with my registered details...except for the missing country bit, due to my country not in the countries list, but not restricted from registering either.       A Mr instead of Mrs...oh geees! I had a few similar 'mistakes' too...marked as female...but that was done by the stupid system itself...I merely missed ticking the button. Anyhow, I find it very very strange how anyone can wrongly key in his/her own date of birth! It's not like "damn...on what date was I born???" But this isn't a serious mistake - can be easily verified by ID documents, so no worries there.

      That is one good example of 'one man's meat is another man's poison' isn't it? In fact, it is the only Playtech Casino that I can really enjoy playing now, after Omni and Fly casinos became out-of-bounds for me, and I just cannot imagine why others are having so many problems with the casino. Anyhow, perhaps most of the cases were for table games issues, which I don't play at all, but as far as customer service has been, they have always been online for me and they have always answered back my emails too. But what I liked best, up to last year (not this year though), were their regular weekly quizzes, which I had won on numerous occasions! Pity that such quizzes have been dropped.

      Grand Reef Casino is now blacklisted? Oh geeees...oh myyyyy...cos Grand Reef is the ONLY fully dedicated Playtech casino that I still keep my account open and active! I have even closed my account at African Palace Casino quite recently...but I'm still quite reluctant to close my Grand Reef account! The only issues I ever had at Grand Reef Casino were slow payments - no denials, no rejections, no confiscations - so I'm guessing that maybe those players were at fault, or had broken some unforeseen rules? Who knows! Ah well, blacklisted or not...I'll still play there once in a while!
