  1. Hi Vinny. Yes, I had a similar issue some years ago at one casino, but I cannot remember at which casino it was. The game I was playing on my laptop got stuck, but despite doing everything that the tech team had suggested, the problem couldn't be resolved on my side. Yes, I tried all kinds of things, like clearing all my caches, temp files, making sure that my drivers were all up to date, but yet the game would not start up and returned back to that same hanging page. In the end, the tech team had to do a reset of my account at the casino - but everything was restored back to where it was when it hung up. I was lucky the game was not in free spins or bonus mode, otherwise, those would have been lost, as in your case. Nonetheless, I cannot be sure of this (lost of the free spins) and only the tech team can tell you what would happen if your account got reset. In another almost similar case, another game also got hung, but after I updated some technical drivers for my laptop (using IObit Driver Booster), everything was resolved. Maybe this may resolve your problems too. Give it a try.
  2. And that shows 'bad' customer support...or lack of responsibility towards customers...whichever way you look at it. I'm restricted from Redbet Casino, so no problems for me, hehehe.
  3. So sorry to hear about your problems there mate...but I have had similar issues too at other casinos. Some years ago, I signed up, played, deposited and even made withdrawals at certain casinos...until I started getting notification emails from these casinos indicating that my country is now restricted. The strange thing was...I could still do login at those casinos, but some casinos had the deposit option removed, which I found out later on after that notification, so I had my account closed. However, there were still a few more casinos that had not done anything to my existing account...I could still do login, the deposit and withdrawal options were still available...but I knew that I was restricted, so I finally had those accounts closed too. To name a few of those casinos...Jetbull, Dunder, Boombet, Shadowbet....etc, etc, etc.
  4. Nope! Not that I know of! If jackpot games are being banned or restricted from any country due to regulations, then all jackpot games from any provider are affected by that regulation...so no chance at all to even play the base game, unless it is the non-jackpot version, as in some of Microgaming games, like Isis, Summertime, etc. It is not possible to separate out the randomly activated Jackpot Wheel chances...as long as you can play the game, then you have a random chance of getting that Jackpot Wheel.
  5. To answer the OP question very briefly...getting a chance at the Jackpot Wheel is totally random...it can happen within 100 spins...it can happen after 100,000 spins or more...nobody knows! Also, certain countries, like mine, are now banned from playing Mega Moolah Jackpot games...so many other countries would be sharing the same fate too.
  6. Hi there and welcome to Askgamblers. When your computer is using VPN to access other websites, any casino that you visit whilst that VPN is running is also affected! And as you probably already know, casinos do not allow the use of VPN, hence your funds were confiscated. You can try pleading with the casino management on the grounds that the VPN was running for some other websites, not for the casino, and hope for their acceptance...but I doubt that any casino would accept that reasoning. Anyway, you won't know until you give it a try, right?
  7. Well, let's just say that the road to full recovery is a rather long and winded road...it's a slow path...but I'll make it soon enough.
  8. Aaaah! Glad you had your baby boy safely...and glad that you're on the mend too...well...just like me too...not having a boy bit...just the mending bit, hehehe. Welcome back my dear...and get well real soon!
  9. I had an issue with Cadoola Casino some months back too, but it got resolved eventually via AGCCS. Tranello group of casinos do not close player's accounts, if I'm not mistaken, but you can request from their helpful Live Chat host to close off or block off your account permanently since you have an addiction problem. Alternatively, you can also use the self-exclusion option to close off your account. As to getting a refund...I guess it would depend on the casino management's discretion...or simply let AGCCS assist you.
  10. Oh dear me...I just hope that the casino would pay your winnings Chillip! Unfortunately, if they don't, then AGCCS may not be able to help you out further due to the blacklisting...but all the best anyway Chillip.
  11. Did you do a casino search here in the first place, Chillip? If you did, then you would have seen that Lincoln Casino is a blacklisted casino by Askgamblers. Their games are mostly, if not all, by WGS, which isn't one of my favourite game providers at all, but of course, some other players may actually like their games. I have never won on any of their games so far. I'm just curious though...why the interest in Lincoln Casino? It's never been a good casino anyway.
  12. Cleopatra, Cleopatra, why can't I get thee??? Heeheehee... Ancient Egypt https://www.askgamblers.com/video-slots/ancient-egypt-pragmatic-play-game-review/#review-5ba34f077528f7102e8b4645
  13. The only game that can constantly give me above 100x winning screenshots! Supe It Up - 10 more screenshots uploaded (Double entry game). https://www.askgamblers.com/game/slots/supe-it-up-g1703
  14. There are times when errors do happen...for one reason or another...right? Imagine this...you're playing with that damn Blitz Mode...3 scatters came up but an error occurred and no free spins game was awarded...only a win was awarded, but no free spins...how the argh would you ever know when such an error had occurred? You can't see the damn reels...you can't see the damn playscreen...so you wouldn't even know that you had missed getting the free spins! Yeah, sure...if you're lucky, it may display 'an error has occurred'...or the game hangs...so what the argh can you ever do to claim back when you had missed??? The way I see it, this Blitz Mode is one sure way for casinos to get easy escapes out of such situations! You, the player, may well think what the argh...error...and restart/reload the game...without even realising what you had missed out! Come guys...AVOID THAT BLITZ MODE AT ALL COSTS!!!
  15. Hehehe...yep...I guess that is true my Sta-ling. I've won a prize each month since about 2 years ago...and haven't missed a prize as yet...so I guess an angel is looking after my screenshots! Who knows...that angel may also start looking after your screenshots Sta-ling...so keep entering each month!
  16. Not to worry my Sta-ling...collect whatever winning screenshots you can get from Mighty Arthur...then post them up for this month's submission...and get Mighty Double Entries for them...just as if that game was one of the 5 Admin chosen games. Nothing is lost Sta-ling!!!
  17. That's true mate...all published reviews must be based on actual own experience and not just empty words. But anyway, the shown example review by that OP does not qualify for the $5 payment...and there's no mention of any actual experience at the casino by the OP either...so it certainly cast doubts as to it authenticity.
  18. Ooops...sorry...I don't mean to get into the basket and lift it up myself!
  19. Hehehe...our Guru-san is exactly that...a GURU! And of course...Afi-san is also exactly that...AFI...Adorable, Fun-loving, Intuitive...
  20. Hmmm...not that I know of...unless those reviews are nothing more than just empty words, without any actual playing at the casino. Maybe our Guru can say more on this matter...
  21. Well mate, I have already nominated another new casino, so I cannot nominate Universal Slots...but I gave them my top 9 Stars in my review! (I don't ever award 10 Stars for any casino review, so 9 Stars is my max ) Like I said, if I can nominate many casinos, Universal Slots would be one of them.
  22. This tweeking star says she's a nOOb...whaaaat? Then I realised she meant 'newbie'...heeheehee...now don't tell me that's not what it's supposed to be...???
  23. SOW stands for Source Of Wealth verification. Some casinos require to have this SoW verification done and approved before any payment can be made. It's one of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) measures imposed by the new regulations, typically by UKGC, but is unfortunately not being wisely implemented by casinos. SoW requires you to submit proof of your wealth (aaargh!), like proof of inheritance, proof of salary, proof of big winnings from a casino, etc. Personally, I find it absolutely ridiculous when casinos require such SoW verification when any player only makes small deposits and/or withdrawals.
  24. Apparently, NetEnt is not available at Trada only... if this should go on...then Trada will get zipped out from my list...
