  1. Awww...that's very nice indeed, and you're most welcome Hyena74.
  2. I just cannot believe what the local Asian-based casino management just did to their Microgaming games this morning...the minimum coin value has been upgraded from 0.01 to 0.10! That means the minimum starting bet to play Isis is now an incredible RM2.50 from RM0.25! That's blardy ridiculous! And it also means AN END to my playing Microgaming games at that blardy casino!
  3. It's been a real long time since my last Safari hunt...
  4. My darling Lady Luck is being a real goody goody and gave me a few more screenies... A 1052x win in Captain's Treasure Pro (got 4 of the Captains, 5 would have paid 5000x) Then 5 Yellow Cars (equivalent) in the free spins in ISIS...a 769x win
  5. As Cocopop has said, the casino's website may be temporarily down or experiencing some technical difficulties...new casinos face this situation all the time...they haven't got their adult teeth yet, hahaha. Anyway, congrats on your withdrawal...and may a next win be with you!
  6. Casinos mining for cryptos, using players' cpu power? Oh geees...that is something new to me! I don't know if that's legit or not, or if possible at all, but geniuses can always find ways around any blockages! What else could be devouring your cpu power then? Hmm...that is also greek to me, I'm afraid, so perhaps out IT friend Fiekie, or our Guru Valdes, can give better info and advise. (Note: the auto-correction changed my ccryptoss word into that Monte Crypto Casino word!)
  7. Hi there Hyena74. Firstly, I have read your PM to me and I'm flattered and happy, and thank you. Hehehe. Sorry for the late reply, but I think my ISP has just got the COVID-19!!! What? ISPs don't get infected by that blardy Covid virus? Gees...then must be something wrong with my ISP then...it is literally crawling today...very sickly crawling...it's making me sick too...but I know I ain't got the virus! Coming back to your issues...every casino must have a deposit and withdrawal button. Some sneaky casinos have a way of 'hiding' the withdrawal button (I got caught by this once), it was not in the casino section where it should be, but was in the sports section where I don't play at all! If there's ever a casino that doesn't have both buttons visible, then you know you have landed into a rogue casino! Casino Game doesn't have a Live Chat service (I just checked that out in the review section here), and my country is a restricted one, so I cannot visit their website to check things out for you. However, there must always be a way of contacting the casino's support team, either by phone (not always available either), or by their email, or by an onscreen messaging form. Click on the 'Contact Us' button to find one of these. If none available...oh boy...Askgamblers better have a serious look into this casino, because they have accepted Casino Game into their directory. Nope, I'm not familiar at all with the owner Jumpman Gaming Limited, but they have both UKGC and AGCC licenses, so the casino should be a safe and reliable one, but one can never be certain nowadays! That's about all that I can advise on mate, unless you've got more info not mentioned above.
  8. I wonder if there's anyone here that played more but actually didn't lose more? If so, they must be the very small group of lucky people then.
  9. There have been some cases of players getting bonuses credited into their accounts whilst they were playing with their cash money (no bonus taken during deposit), as in your case. Some casinos can be real tricky and they like to dump in bonuses into players account during play. The reason for casinos doing this is rather unclear, but I see it as a sneaky trick to put winning players into a sudden lockdown. At some casinos though, a message would pop up on the screen, indicating that you have just earned a bonus, usually upon reaching a certain VIP level or ranking. Since you are playing with high stakes, I can imagine that you would reach a certain high level quite quickly and would therefore earn a bonus. The thing is, some bonuses need to be activated first, but some don't, and these automatic bonuses are the culprits that usually put real money players into unwanted situations. Any bonus can be cancelled. Some can be cancelled before accepting it, others would need to be cancelled manually, either by the player or via live chat assistance. But once a bonus gets credited into your account, then bonus terms and restrictions automatically become active. Very sneaky indeed, right? Have you tried getting some clarifications from the casino's support?
  10. NOPE! My darling is STILL with me...whoooopie! The long awaited 3-paylines of 5-Nemos win...but never mind the blardy small bet! Hahaha.
  11. Thank you Guru-san! I will...I will...keep them coming...as long as my darling LL doesn't fly away somewhere else, hehehe.
  12. If I'm the chairman of NetEnt I would say SELL! SELL! SELL! (We can always start a new one!)
  13. Damn...that's just too bad! Makes me wonder if it's really worth reporting a loophole at all...might as well just let the casinos suffer and lose money!
  14. Mine isn't a MAMMOTH win like the screenshot above, but at least it's a MEGA win nonetheless...and I'm blardy happy about it too, hahaha. 5 Scatters in the free spins, my second such win ever, with a final win of 1944x after 6 Retriggers!
  15. Congratulations Jessieron! It came to you by snail mail but at least the snail didn't get lost!
  16. I think it doesn't matter which that other casinos were now, because the OP will be writing directly to the depositing provider instead, thereby literally covering all casinos that uses that same depositing provider. Hope it will work out well and have that loophole removed for good.
  17. Your welcome.
  18. Perhaps you should write directly to the depositing provider and inform them that there's a loophole in the depositing transaction of their ewallet, card system or whatever. Better than going to various casinos. Maybe you can get better rewards from them too, like maybe cash vouchers, hehehe.
  19. As far as I know, only online Asian-based casinos do that, simply because local banks (including bank credit cards) are prohibited from supporting any gambling houses, so these casinos have to divert payments to any other bank accounts belonging to the casino or its nominees. Is this legit? Well, as far as the banks are concerned (not that they are not aware), the accounts are accepting payments from clients for purchases and has nothing to do at all with gambling (which is not true of course). This would not happen if all local banks were allowed to accept transactions to and from casinos.
  20. Hope you'll have a nice and safe journey back to Croatia soon. Nothing feels better than to be at home (homeland), right? Well, it's always a cruel world out there, injustice abound everywhere, and what is 'just' to us may be 'absurd' to others. Yes, casinos may reward those who report bugs, loopholes or what's wrong at their casinos, but like I said earlier, their rewards always tend to be some free spins or bonus money (with wagering attached, ). As far as I know, only big-spenders high-level VIPs can get cash rewards, simply because casinos need them to stay on and be satisfied!
  21. Definitely withdrawal-rejected issues for the OP, or perhaps KYC approval procedures...but generally shouting out "HELP! I CAN"T GET MY MONEY!"
  22. That is exactly the point...the absurdity of rewarding with free spins or bonus money to someone who could save the casino tons of money! Let's face the hard truth. Casinos are purely money businesses. Nothing can be given for free. Ledgers must be balanced. Every dollar and cent accounted for. When nothing has been lost, nothing can be given for free. If the casino had indeed faced unresolved missing money, then such a resolution can be worth money, with a reward of a small percentage of the total amount lost. Don't forget though...only a small percentage can ever be given...NEVER any huge amounts! Between person and money, money always take precedence! Patching up a loophole is not a major issue to any casino. They could stop that depositing method for as long as it requires to get it resolved and corrected. There are many other depositing methods that their customers can use. Stopping one or two depositing methods don't hurt their business that much, maybe just like being pinched for a short while. So, how much money can a pinch be worth??? Know what I mean? Also, there may be specific insurances to cover such unforeseen losses, not only involving the casinos but the depositing providers too, so both parties are covered. Perhaps then, just my personal opinion, the best authority to inform of such a loop-hole is the Insurance Company itself, because they are the ones who could end up losing money! And insurance companies may be able to find a legal way of awarding any rewards for disclosures of any damaging loop-holes. Their check-and-balance are way different from those of casinos! Yeah, it's like a Catch 22 situation isn't it? You report a loop-hole that could save tons of money, but you only get peanuts in return as a reward. You use the loop-hole and make tons of money yourself, sooner or later the authorities would find out, and you end up in jail. Which of the two would criminally inclined persons would chose to do? No rewards for guessing the right answer!
