      Probably like I've said earlier AlexSuper...Ezugi simply DO NOT WANT to entertain direct queries from players. Maybe an ADR Provider may be able to help, but I really don't know.

      Geees! Not the kind of answer anyone would expect, is it? Providers can always check back every bet and every payout made in any of their game, so why couldn't they trace such errors? Sounds very ridiculous to me! More like purposely wanting to ELUDE such resolutions and eat away on players money!

      @AlexSuper Usually, only casino staff would contact any provider when an issue has occurred. Providers, on the other hand, usually DO NOT entertain any emails directly from players, hence your tickets never got any response from Ezugi. Have you contacted the casino staff about this matter and requested that they contact Ezugi for clarification and solution to your problem?

      Hi AlexSuper, welcome to the forum. Firstly, HighStakes Casino is not in Askgamblers directory of casinos, so we may not be able to give much, if any, assistance to your problem. However, we do have some players here who may be able to give you some advice on Blackjack and/or Ezugi, but you need to give us more info on what went wrong and how. Did you play at its Live Casino or on a video game? Tell us what you were doing or betting when things started going wrong.

      @cocopop3011 I have visited their website and noticed that it is an Asian based online casino and not global. Their T&C doesn't indicate if they do accept customers outside of Indonesia but I'm guessing most probably not.

      Everytime I see a nice big win here but I can't figure out just how much has been won and on what bet, it unsettles me! So how about if you guys indicate the bet size and the amount won in USD or EUR equivalents? Then we all can see and know without having to guess.

The casino you referred to is listed in Askgamblers directory of casinos and you should be using that link instead. If you are a casino representative, please contact @cocopop3011 or @ValDes and let them know. If you are just an ordinary member and wish to comment on a casino that you like playing at, you can do so by naming the casino but without posting any link, unless that link is from Askgamblers directory.
