  1. Ghostnipple is asking what and who is making up the AGCCS Team. There's no such thing as a Review Board in AG...wrong use of terminology I think.
  2. Personally, I think what @Ghostnipple wants to see happening in Askgamblers (as per all his mentioned suggestions) would be quite pointless for Askgamblers to implement. Why? Firstly, only a small portion of gamblers out there would really be interested in joining any casino forums. They come to Askgamblers or any other forum websites only when they get into problems with casinos...no problems, no forums, and they'd just go on playing as they wish! Secondly, most newbies and inexperienced gamblers don't even bother reading about the casino's T&Cs or Bonus Terms before signing up to play. They just want to make quick deposits and play, either for entertainment (not so many of them I would think), or simply for some chance at making quick wins (the bigger the bets the bigger the wins). So they tend to start playing with big bets, without much considerations for casino's T&C or Bonus Terms. Thirdly, almost all of new gamblers learn through their own experiences and mistakes, only a discerning few would really study first all the associated terms and conditions of play, or really read up on other gamblers problems in forums to learn more. Nonetheless, learning through own experiences are usually more effective in many ways. They are other reasons too, but I won't go deeper into it.
  3. @Igdekoy1973 And here you are YET AGAIN talking big and boasting about Betsamigo...yet no proof at all of the casino's goodness!
  4. First of all, players reviews and their given ratings for any casino DOES NOT have much influence on the ratings given by Askgamblers. That's because Askgamblers Team has a preset formulation for checking out and rating any new casino, and only when their work has been done would a review on that new casino be published in the casino review section. There are numerous reviews already published in the casino review section here but it's not difficult at all to pick out the 'falsified' or 'copied' reviews - they tend to write the same things, in the same wordings or almost, but doesn't give any more information on why they gave such damn good reviews. Experienced readers with good common sense would easily detect and know such copycated reviews, so would not rely on whatever ratings were given by such reviewers. On the other hand, ignorant or indifferent readers, especially newbies, may believe in the very good ratings of such reviews, and may consider playing at that casino. This topic has also been discussed several times before here in this forum, so I won't delve much deeper into it.
  5. Yes you can bro, but only AFTER the reviews suspension has been lifted, not now. Don't even know if any new games can be added or not during this suspension period.
  6. WOW! Real lucky of you to win 5000 GBP...congrats mate.
  7. @kayenne23 Bro, a suspension of reviews mean no new reviews would be accepted, UNTIL the suspension has been lifted. You should therefore wait for the lifting of the suspension before posting any new reviews. I am waiting for that too.
  8. The best and safest thing to do is not to take up any other bonus promotion whilst you are still stuck with an existing uncompleted bonus. You must always complete one first before going for the next. Some casinos do not allow a second bonus to be taken whilst one is still active, but I don't think this is common at all casinos. They can use this trickery to trap ignorant players!
  9. If a game is not yet listed here in AG, you can request for it to be added at the link below, or use the 'Suggest an edit' button on any of the existing game review. Alternatively, you can always create a new topic in the forum to post your review. If you want to get that $5 for each new game review, then you need to have that game added in first. https://www.askgamblers.com/forum/topic/11905-please-report-any-issues-here-or-add-game-suggestions/page/7/?tab=comments#comment-157231
  10. I think what @Ghostnipple is not fully grasping is the fact that Askgamblers is only a forum for its community and does not have any licensing rights to do any adjudication nor be an arbitrator for its members. Hopefully, upon becoming a fully Public Owned company, Askgamblers may decide to take on some of that arbitration rights, but that would also call for a restructuring of the entire company and its licensing.
  11. I'm actually quite surprised that you find the 2 bonuses confusing! A Wager Free bonus is the best kind that any player can get...absolutely free money or free spins, restricted only by the standard max bet allowed and the max withdrawable amount allowed, although other rules would still be in play. Any winnings can be withdrawn immediately, but the standard 1x or 3x deposit wagering requirement must be cleared first. A Sticky bonus is one that sticks with you once it is taken, meaning, you cannot withdraw any money until the full wagering requirement has been cleared. All betting rules are in play. The 3rd kind is the Non-Sticky bonus, whereby any early winnings won whilst playing with your real money (before it gets used up and the bonus money comes into play) can be withdrawn. All betting rules are in play as well.
  12. @SlotPlayer28 Hey! Now that is good news indeed, so enjoy your winnings!
  13. I'm afraid that would be quite impossible, cos BBIN games are only available at 7 Asian countries (China, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, +1 more country, can't recall). Personally, I've tried out a few of their games but not really liking them much. I don't know if using a VPN would get you access to the Asian casinos, but you can try.
  14. @SlotPlayer28, make sure you take a screenshot of all the proof from that game log, showing that 492 win, and include all the important details in your screenshots too, like the date, time and the casino. You can next use AGCCS to file an official complaint against Bet365, or you can wait a day or two longer to see if Bet365 would give you an answer. Personally though. I'd make that complaint right away!
  15. Well mate, there might have been a glitch in either the casino's system or in the game itself (which would then require the game provider to investigate and scrutinise the game log, so this may take many more days though). So you just have to wait for a reply from the casino mate. As long as they don't come back saying your winnings have been voided, then things should be okay in the end.
  16. Ah, I see, and thanks for the clarification. Since you were playing only with your real money with no bonus taken, then no restrictions should come into play, and therefore that Fishin Frenzy winnings was legally won and should be paid out into your account. Nonetheless, Bet365 has not been known for fast payouts, so they may 'delay' your winnings to a certain extent, but hopefully just long enough to check all your game play and account. There's a good chance you'd get your winnings mate, unless the casino comes up with something unexpected, like a non-existing duplicate account for example, hahaha.
  17. Oh, one more thing bro...what the heck does that SpinSpunWunContwest really mean or refer to???
  18. No worries bro, any suggestion is most welcome here, but please keep everything simple and easy, without needing the moderator @cocopop3011 to do lots of other extra things (like pairing off one player with another player to play as a pair, as per your suggestion above).
  19. @SlotPlayer28 Hi there and welcome to the forum. First of all, I don't play at Bet365, I also don't play that Fishin Frenzy game, and I certainly don't know what that Horse Accumulator is (I'm thinking it's a slot game as well). All casinos share one common Bonus Term whilst playing at their casino with an activated bonus. I don't know if you were playing with any bonus money or not, but I'm guessing that you were. Playing without any bonus taken would not activate this specific Bonus Term: You are not allowed to leave any Bonus or Free Spins game without playing it out first. You are not allowed to leave that game unplayed but come back later to play it again when there are no more bonus wagering requirements to be completed, thereby giving you the chance to make a quick win without any wagering attached. This is considered a Bonus Abuse and all your winnings would be confisticated. This is most likely why that winning amount was not credited into your account.
  20. @jan duchau Reading your above contest suggestion already gave me the creeeeeps! Such a complicated contest, needing several things to be done (not doing it may not qualify, I'm guessing), and worse of all, it FORCES any interested person to do the required things, as opposed to your earlier statement of not forcing anyone to do anything that they may not want to. Sorry mate, but I certainly won't be interested in such a complicated contest. Simple things in life are always the best.
  21. Even the original Immortal Romance doesn't play as good as before now, so what more can be expected from sequels, right?
  22. @jan duchau Any suggestion on how to get more people be a part of this Askgamblers community is most welcoming. I personally don't do any of that social media rubbish and I keep away from them. However, millions of others do, so exposing a generous cash offer from Askgamblers to all of them via the social media would get much more attention than merely expecting responses from the existing non-participating silent Askgamblers members. That was my only reason for mentioning and suggesting social media. In any case, it would still be totally dependent on each own freewill to participate or not, so there's no question of forcing anyone to do it.
  23. Usually, free spins are stated as given at 20 free spins per day, over 5 days, or at every 24 hours intervals, for example. Winlegends' offer should have been stated as 30 free spins over 2 days, or alternatively, would be given all 60 free spins in one go. Casinos like, or prefer, to use all kinds of misleading words and terms to confuse their customers, and I have seen and been through numerous of them so far. Sickening!
