      @cocopop3011 I have a question...why only max 3 screenshots per day? In my case, and with others too, we may have collected more than 3 screenshots in a day, but we can only submit the best 3 screenshots for each day. Meaning, submission of screenshots may only take place towards the end of each day...or maybe the next day, if allowed.

      @rileywhayes, try refreshing the page and try again. Sometimes, the webpage may unexpectedly hang up due to bad connection. First thing to check is to see if you're logged in or not (this is also one more glitch that may happen). Once you're logged in, then fill in the complaint form and submit again. Hope it works.

      @andy67 Hi there and welcome to the forum. No one could possibly give you any correct answers to your questions because casino operations are trade secrets. When you choose a game to play (at any casino), the game would be loaded up from the game provider's server and onto the casino's gaming platform. This gaming platform may vary casino to casino and this is believed to be the cause for slight variations in the gameplay of that chosen game. For example, if you play Slot A at one casino using Platform X, and at the same time, you play that same Slot A at another casino using Platform Y, and another casino using Platform Z, all three platforms will not give the same gameplay...one might play better, one might play okay, one might play horribly! So, stick to a casino that tend to give you better gameplay all the time and avoid those that don't. No need to crack your brains in trying to understand the workings of the slot games!

      I don't know what's the rationale behind such betting system, but during the Flash version, the betting increments were standard...0.15, 0.30, 0.45, 0.60, 0.75, etc.

      I know it sounds crazy but that's how Playtech games are at Asian casinos. Starting bet 0.15, next bet 0.75, next 1.50 and so on. So it's hard to play with bigger bets since they jump too much!

      I wish I have the budget to play with bigger than minimum bets on this game. Min is 0.30, next is 1.50, next is 3.75...and so on. With that kind of betting increments, I would need a BIG budget to chase even on 1.50 bets (5x higher). I just can't afford it maaaan...so I have to remain contented with 0. 30 bets and wins.
