  2. @cocopop3011 I made my withdrawal on 2nd Nov...now its the 6th...still nothing yet, still in processing! If payment doesn't come in on Monday, or by Tuesday latest, I'm going to get really mad!!!

  4. I used to love playing Immortal Romance, until MG converted it into an HTML5 version, whereby the game just couldn't keep pace with its former self. Didn't like playing the game anymore since then. The Jackpot version was and is no better, if not worse. Honestly speaking, by the current trend of games nowaday, I would expect Immortal Romance 2 to play no better than the current HTML5 version. I cannot play it at any of my Asian casinos as the minimum bet per spin is 5x higher, at RM1.50, so all I can do is to try it out in fun mode at an European casino. Cannot play the game in fun mode at any Asian casinos.
  5. Did the casino say anything about refunding the balance in your account? Once an account has been dormant for 12 months or more, the casino has a right to charge you a maintenance fee on the balance, on a yearly basis! If I were you, I would choose a PERMANENT solution...either a permanent self-exclusion, or close the account permanently. Who knows, 5 years later, you may open a new account at another one of Jumpman casinos, without realising it, so it's best to stay away permanently.

  7. @cocopop3011 I have a suggestion for this month's Freeroll Tournament...can we have it in 2 parts please, with a short weekend break in between? Playing in fun mode for a 3 weeks stretch is kinda boring and taxing, for me at least.

  9. I'm the ONLY ONE LEFT waiting for approval! It's now in its 2nd day and I've been informed that it is still under processing.
  10. The minute you submit your complaint form to the AG Complaints team, they will respond back to you within minutes. The casino is then given about 4 days to respond back to the AG team, so the speed of responses are totally dependent on how fast or slow each casino would respond.

  15. That would be a ridiculous reasoning by any casino, bro! They can check my game play history and see exactly how it was and how I managed to get my 100% RTP. I just got in touch with their live agent, after waiing for over 5 minutes. After checking my account, he says my withdrawal claim is now ready for processing. READY FOR PROCESSING...so what, I have to wait another 24 hours? Ridiculous!!!

  18. Maybe so, but I guess his Skrill account is in EUR, whereas mine is in USD. I have EUR as an alternative currency but it's not active somehow. My bank withdrawals can only be in USD as well.
  19. Mirax is one of those PECULIAR casinos that accepts deposits and withdrawals in USD via Skrill, but not withdrawals in EUR, even though the currency in use at their casino is EUR. One thing is for sure...I won't be long at Mirax!
