  2. Both the Mirax Support team and I have both exhausted in finding a workable solution but without any success. They cannot convert EUR to USD, they cannot provide Skrill for EUR withdrawal, 4 Bank Transfer attempts have already failed, Coinspaid may be the only possible way, but I don't use cryptos, I don't have any crypto wallet, and I don't use smart phone to download the required App either. Even so, I wouldn't be able to transfer the money into my local bank account as they don't accept cryptos. It's a DEAD END for me...unless Askgamblers can somehow accept or take over my winnings from the casino, then pay me into my Skrill account in USD. That would solve this issue. I can't see any other way out.

  8. @cocopop3011 Yesterday I made a second Bank Transfer Withdrawal request, on Mirax financial team insistance. Today, I received a cancellation of that request! These Mirax people are really idiots or morons! I've told them many times already that my local bank cannot accept any money transaction from any gambling establishment, but they just cannot get that into their monkey heads! I've sent them quite a harsh email and asking them what they expect me to do next! Play all the balance to zero because I simply cannot withdraw it out? That's the EINSTEIN way of thinking to them probably!

  15. @cocopop3011 If you've seen my earlier post, I have already pasted the latest reply from Mirax Casino...they confirmed that it is not in their practice to do conversions within the casino, they are not a financial institution, so converting my EUR winnings to USD is no-go for them.
  16. Don't blindly criticise when you don't know the whole story, you silly bro! And nothing is wrong with my attitude. I cannot deposit in EUR via Skrill at Mirax, so I deposited in USD for the competition.

  18. You can't even wait for one or two days bro? Your 1st withdrawal was accepted and paid on 15 Nov, so your 2nd withdrawal should be accepted the next day, if not a little later.
  19. Yes, it's my 2nd withdrawal. The 1st withdrawal was made after I had won some money from my initial USD deposit to enter this competition. Withdrawal was using Skrill, was approved, and money received the next day. The 2nd withdrawal was in EUR, the prize money that I had won from the same competition, but Skrill was not available for me to use as a withdrawal option, so I was asked to use Bank Transfer instead (I don't use any cryptos, don't have Mifinity, cannot use eCopayz either). They found a technical error only after 16 days have passed...so how efficient are they in that???

  22. @cocopop3011 @ValDes Can any of you AG admin staff get an answer from them, or from the casino rep, as to why they cannot do a currency conversion for me? I'm fed up of waiting and getting stupid replies from them!
  23. The STUPID MIRAX TEAM has replied to my email and asked me to do a fresh bank transfer withdrawal! They didn't even answer my question of "why can't you just convert my EUR winnings into USD so that I can make a withdrawal claim using Skrill?" Are they so dumb, or simply cannot understand simple English??? Avoiding my questions and insisting that I make a fresh bank transfer...expecting me to wait another 16 days to get my money??? I wonder if these people have any education at all or not!!! I'm absolutely PIIISSED OFF now!!!
