No it’s okay I understand the frustration here. I actually checked our mobile version after it was mentioned above and the screenshot is clear on mobile, so it looks like it was distorted somehow on web which is not his fault. This means that he has actually provided the information requested to qualify, however, since this is determining the first place position, AND he is a brand new member, and the fact that his balance is extremely large (using a currency I am unaware of) then I am requesting the additional information so we can verify the screenshot.

I will check any screenshot that I think could break the rules, but so far I don’t suspect anyone of using bonus buys, but if that situation was to arrive then of course the person would first be asked to submit proof from live chat that no bonus buy was used, then I would check with the provider. If you feel a member had used a bonus buy you are free to report this to me via PM of course and I will take a look. Hope that helps

Yeah the thing is, it’s the other way around this time. So a winning screenshot is what’s needed to allow your pending position, then I allow time to get a game log. But with this one I don’t have a winning screenshot to hold the position for you. I’m sorry Fiekie but my hands are tied here.

The rules are you can play until 23:59 GMT, so your screenshot must be dated the 16th December in your timezone. If your timezone is later than GMT, screenshots will only be accepted until 23:59 GMT. For refernece it is now 19:46 GMT so looks like they’re is a one hour time difference.

I can wave my magic wand quite a lot but I have to stick to the rules as well otherwise it wouldn’t be fair on everyone else

Unfortunately, players are responsible for collecting their screenshots so I can’t help further with this one. I can help when a game log is required, but when it comes to screenshots I can’t. The rule is that all wins must be captured by the player, even during autospin
