Neither did I insinuate you had an addiction at any time, in any post. I asked you to establish what you meant and that is all. Neither did I insinuate that you knew there was a bug and kept playing. So in future, whether you choose to remain in our forum, or in any other forums, I suggest that you don’t rudely message Admin staff that are trying to help you which is all I ever done from your very first post. I consider the matter closed.

I established very early on in this topic that the best direction would be to release funds (if there is no dispute on the game reviews) but to do so the OP would need access to his account.   20. It all depends on what is being reviewed, if it is a game malfunction you might not be entitled to the winnings. But either way, I think it’s best you open a complaint to establish exactly what is going on here. I have no doubt that the casino will respond to your complaint.
  21. okay so, I think you should try to open a complaint using AGCCS, on the grounds they unfairly closed your account due to a misunderstanding, this won’t solve the initial issue, but if resolved in your favour, you’ll get access back to your account at least. You’ll need to include as much information as possible though, because this is quite complex.
  22. Okay, just before I say what I suggest you do next, can you confirm that you are admitting you are an addict? Or is this a typo?
