We had not been made aware of the allegations prior as they were not posted on our forum. However, once someone contact me regarding what was posted on CM we worked with them to investigate the issues, evidently removing the trusted badge from our site. Apologies in advance, I made sure we acted as quickly as we possibly could have regarding this.

We were satisfied with evidence we received both on here and CM which is we the COT was removed.

We have never questioned their withdrawal procedures. It’s much deeper than that.
