      I'm sure this is something we can all relate at some time or another, and I can guarantee its happened to most of us here! I don't know how it actually works though whether the game session is deleted and whether it really matters at all I don't know. But we've discussed this on the forum before and I know a lot have people (including me) have shared your 'paranoia'. If the game freezes during free spins then you load the game back up it goes back to free spins, so is this still the same gaming session? Who knows!

      A case like this would really depend on the actual reason why the withdrawal was declined and this could be for many reasons! The player may just said the casino won't pay me but in actual fact it's down to the player breaking the terms and conditions. That is just an example. Regarding if there is somewhere the player can escalate this, yes there will be depending on the licensing jurisdiction.

      Hmmmm..I've thought about Bitcoin long and hard, and I've come to the conclusion that it's just not for me. It's great for US players who can now use this to play at some casinos where they cant use they usual currency but that's about it in my opinion. Mind me asking where your from? Are you thinking of giving Bitcoin a go? In relation to taxes, I wrote an article on Bitcoin and read alot about it before writing however I don't recall reading anything about these taxes you mentioned!

      Why would she want to take them back? I think she won them through Facebook promotions if I remember rightly. You should know something. Katemak is one of the luckiest players here, wins most Facebook promotions and all contests we hold too

      Exactly what I thought! When I read the email about the win I thought great and on Aliens too and then I seen the bet size! Turns out the win isn't all that great! However what I was impressed with is the fact that this player wasn't only brave enough to bet £75 a spin but super brave to bet it on Aliens!

      Started to do really well on Pyramid: Quest for Immortality but then it soon went downhill. Needed to lower my bets back to minimum and try some other games to bet my balance back up! Thanks to Piggy Riches! Played 500 autospins in 100 increments and had free spins 7 times!!! No big wins over £10 from any of them, but sometimes I can play 500 spins without any free rounds at all! Still I got just the once screenshot to share. Shame this wasn't in free spins with x5 multiplier and a wild!
