  3. I chased it again this morning and we just don't have a reason why they haven't been done yet if I am being honest. I promise you from our end we are asking and asking and asking. I asked someone else today to investigate what is going on. I've also said from now one we must have a policy in place where vouchers are issued within a maximum of 7 days. I'm so sorry you are having to wait so long, I promise you will get the voucher.
  4. Yeah we do have a topic on the forum somewhere of the casinos that do have this max bet protection in place but when the feature came it seemed to fizzle out just as quick. I think every casino should have this feature.

  8. It looks to me like it has just been rebranded, but we have failed to update our casino reviews, which is our fault for whatever reason. If this is the case then yes, it will be accepted. If it is a different casino then no it won't, but our links do indeed take us to that casino.

  11. You are without the doubt the most argumentative member we have ever had here and we've had a few. You clearly do not know how affiliate programs and affiliate sites work. Everything I already said in that picture is still correct.

  13. We cannot restrict people from playing with bonus funds, because we have no way of knowing from a screenshot whether or not bonus funds are being played. And what we don't want to do is complicate these contests even more asking everyone to submit many screenshots to prove they have not played with bonus funds. Now, if we have a casino-sponsored contest, it is often the case that they don't allow bonus play because we then have the facility to check because we have that casino rep with us. Like I said, whatever bonus rules people have is between them and the casino, we don't get involved in that.

  16. Where did I say they have nothing in common? You've made that up. I said - they have two different affiliate programs and two different licenses to cater for different markets (assumptions on the markets until I can check with the team tomorrow). Yes to you they are the same casino, but we work on affiliate programs and GEO locations hence the reason why these are listed as separate casinos.
  17. Correct, but we cannot make sure that each and every one of you are adhering to your casinos' terms and conditions. The onus of that is you and you alone. The casino has not confiscated Afi's funds, so for now, we cannot disallow his bet, he was still playing with his money until we know otherwise. I don't have the ability to investigate each and every one of you to see if anyone has breached their own bonus terms and conditions.
  18. Sorry also to touch on this again, these casinos both have different licenses, so I assume cater to different markets, making assumptions here without investigating of course.
  19. If Afi breached the max bet rule with the casino, that is between him and the casino, and whatever their terms and conditions are, and that will be sorted our privately between them two. In regards to our site and the name change, I'm not sure why it hasn't been updated yet on AG but I will find out tomorrow.
  20. Correct Afi - they also have two different affiliate programs. They are not the same casino. We added one casino much earlier, the second one is much newer. Much newer to AG that is, not when the casino actually opened.
  21. Both these sites have completely different affiliate programs and that is what we go on. Afi's situation is completely different, whilst I haven't looked yet, I am assuming it is the casino under the same affiliate program.
