I’ve listened to everything you’ve said and given you a chance to explain it all to me including what you think the casino should do, and I believe that our complaints department has taken the right action. I believe they have throughly understood the complaint and made the right decision.
  2. And this is what I mean by you being irrational. So what exactly do you want from us now? As far as I can see you are not willing to listen to anything other than your opinion on the matter. So I don’t see what you want to achieve here with us now? I cannot override their decision, so as far is it goes from me, there’s no further help I can offer I’m afraid.
  3. Unfortunately I cannot override the complaints department. Their decisions is final. I would have been willing to chat with them to see if you can resubmit your complaint on certain grounds but from everything you have told me I don’t think it will change their mind. You are welcome to screenshot their response here and I will try and explain it better as to why the complaint was declined if you feel like you have not been given a good enough explanation.
  4. Sorry I was getting mixed up with two other issues I’m dealing with. You have already received a valuable response from them. It may not seem valuable to you because you are being irrational, but they have provided you with the reason why. I asked you what outcome you wanted and you told me you wanted the money back you played down which is irrational. So I’m afraid I can’t advise you to submit a further complaint because you are taking no accountability for playing down your balance when you could have waited. Which agent are you referring to?
  5. If you haven’t already made a complaint you can open one giving all the information you have written here. I don’t make the decisions regarding complaints, I don’t work on that team.
  6. If the complaints department has rejected your complaint then they’ll give you the reason why, I don’t work on the complaints department.
  7. The complaints team are aware of all of this and I cannot forward anything to them as your complaint was rejected. To ask for the full 7,500 that you played down to 0 is not going to happen I’m afraid and I’m afraid I can’t advise you to open a new complaint on that basis.
  8. I am totally on your side when it comes to the casinos wrong doing. I’m just trying to understand what it is you want as you don’t have a balance? I can’t make the complaint team accept your complaint but if you explain to me what it is you want as an outcome I can chat to them to see if they’ll let you resubmit the complaint.

  11. If it’s only referring to a single deposit you can make which is a deposit limit then you might not get your refund. Did you deposit over 150 in a single transaction?

  16. I think we need some clarification on whether this means your accumulative deposits cannot exceed 150 EUR or you can't deposit more than 150 EUR in one transaction. Have you had any clarity on this that you can post for us please?

  19. UPDATE - WinScore Casinonis also licensed and even though blacklisted at AG currently, the casino will continue to be accepted at the moment.
  20. @Blackjax Please ignore my previous restriction for WinScore casino - they are licensed and I have made the decision to allow this casino moving forward. If it changes I will let you know.
  21. We are investigating but so far previous casinos mentioned are showing as licensed. @Afi4wins you & everyone else has permission to play at WikiLuck. I will give my full findings soon for all casinos. EDIT - it’s seems like some licensing info is hidden for some GEOS making it look like they don’t have a license so we are throughly checking these from different geos.
