And this is fine, but for EITHER of your screenshots in here or the other contest we just need a betting history or live chat confirmation. I only require this once from you, it’s a standard process for all members just to make sure the screenshots haven’t been taken from Google other forums etc etc.

@Jouz666 As long you have submitted different screenshots in our contests that it fine, and it’ll be your first submission, you can’t change them around. And for new members we do require the extra betting history so we can make sure the screenshot belongs to you. Live chat can also help you confirm the win and I will accept a screenshot of your conversation with them.

The rules state bonus bets, which in our contests, means any kinds of bets that are not your standard bet. I know you have asked me about bonus bets before and we have discussed the reasons why they can’t be allowed unfortunately. But I will, once again, make it more clearer of course. Technically payments aren’t due because we’ve not passed 14 days. I said I am trying to get them sooner for you. But no, once chased they’ll be issued the day of so that’s not saying they still won’t arrive today, but could also be 2-3 days or longer. I don’t control the finance department unfortunately.
