  1. I'm afraid this is where you are wrong. AG has had this casino restricted for UK players since the day the review was published because they do not hold a UKGC Licence.

  6. @jan duchau and what did support say when was questioned the wagers? And why only a small percentage was wagered out of your balance?
  7. @jan duchau I’ve removed the list just to keep this topic tidy. But these games are all completely excluded right? What I mean is are the games you can play definitely contributing 100%? It would seem like the only reasonable explanation as to why only a further 72e was wagered?
  8. Wait it happened again at the same casino? And the casino are saying there’s no errors? This is not acceptable from them, have you carried on playing since the bet? And can you get game logs of the 100e bets? Because you could have grounds for a complaint and get the 100e back!

I think at best you could try a complaint in the grounds that the terms did not state b&d and I’ll let the team know that we also had it at 40x, but at best I’d say all they will do is change it to 40x only, but I doubt they’ll even do that because they’ll cover themselves with the fact they have said “funds” meaning entire balance. It’s a CRAP term to use I agree!
  11. You wouldn’t get your deposit back, and the fact they used this terminology will probably cover them, it’s misleading but I’m not sure we have an argument against it.
  12. Yeah but that’s very misleading by the casino, it should be clearly stated that this is bonus + deposit which is why even our team have not written bonus + deposit so I will be addressing this with them tomorrow.
  13. Okay so the casinos terms and conditions state 40x too? If so then you can definitely open a complaint. If not, unfortunately it’s an error on our behalf, I may be able to get the team to look into it, but let me know what the t&c’s say first and then we’ll go from there.

  16. @jan duchau as per Afi’s reply you need to include the information in your complaint. We have thousands of complaints being submitted, they don’t have time to click links and read through loads of people replies, some of which completely not relevant. You can re-submit the complaint with the correct attachments
