  1. Thanks Icy! It’s been a hard slog the last 10 years but things are definitely on the up! We’ve gone from 3 people entering contests to up to 15 people in a year! Who knows what we can achieve in the next 3 years!

  8. It’s not gotten ugly, we have this every year, casinos always offer these kind of incentives and we always end up with slower review timeframes, pretty standard and nothing new. ( this year just seems rather excessive than previous years) Im going to chat to them about paid reviews priority and nothing more And that’s the only reason why I will be speaking to the team It has massively effected us in the forum, but in future years, then I may have to suspend paid review contests during AG Awards period

I don't know the exact legalities for casinos without a UKGC license accepting UK players, I just know that we don't offer these casinos to UK players, and as a player myself I would not play in one. If you have sent them the source of where your crypto funds have come from then see what they come back with. Did you say you had submitted the complaint with us?
  14. The issue is they know they’re not meant to be accepting UK players because they don’t have a licence and probably their Curacao license says they shouldn’t be accepting UK players. I’m confident that it all boils down to this and this only.
