      Aha! I'm in the UK myself I've never heard of it but my first question as you mentioned would be how would you get a withdrawal from the casino as it couldn't go back to that card. I guess you'd have to do a bank transfer. Why is it you don't want to use your debit card?

      It's a HP Steam - it's only a small laptop not a full size one I bought this because it's little and it fitted perfectly for my working needs. I can't Afi my latop keeps telling me my Windows 10 won't work after the 10th April unless I install updates but I can't install them.

      I'm surprised he hasn't been asked how he funds his casino deposit, but I'm guessing that's what the bank statement will be for since they didn't give an option of a wage slip. Like I said none (apart from possible issued with old bank cards) of these are an issue to provide but Pinnit you are so right it is so intrusive!! Showing complete strangers how and when we spend our earnings I'll keep you updated on this one guys but like I just said the other the other half I think we just can just start expecting a lot more of this now

      When I go to uninstall programs it says eveything only uses 3GB anyway and that's everything I have installed which is just all the stuff the laptop came with anyway except a few things likes browser, VPN software and virus software etc. How do I check how much space MS10 is taking?

      Just tried this I don't have that file so it must already be deleted, I also tried disk clean up and it gives me 6.MB space

      It's the non-casino related thread It's definitly not a virus I have software installed for that, I haven't deleted temportary files so I guess I could do that. I don't know how much memory I have maybe 20GB something like that, but its the Windows 10 that's taking up the space because I've already checked.

      So, up until now me and the other half haven't really had any issues when it comes to withdrawing under all the new regulations the UK have set. None of us play as much as we used to anymore due to other committments but still have been lucky to withdraw now and again. Until now ... This is the other halfs withdrawal pending at LeoVegas - a casino none of us have ever had a problem with in the past. Now he is trying to withdraw and they've asked for a million things! Or at least it feels like, none of which are an issue getting really it's just the inconvenince of it all. They now need: 1. Pictures of all bank cards May impose an issue if some have expired or been updated 2. Proof of address 3. Pictures of bamk statements This is on top of the original verifcation documents which have already gone through. I just hope this doesn't result in a complaint

      Guys I could really do with some help and advice My laptop keeps telling me that from the 10th of April I it can no longer run Windows 10 as it cannot install the latest updates. It needs 6GB however I don't even have 1GB spare. The problem I have is I actually don't have anything downloaded that I can delete to even free up the space. Bearing in mind I've had this laptop under a year now. I don't have any big programs taking up the space it's already Windows 10 taking up all the memory. I have really important work saved on here that I simply cannot lose, so after the 10th of April what will happen? I won't be able to use my laptop anymore? I knew I should never have upgraded to 10 it's caused my nothing but problems.
