  2. To be honest I'm shocked to read you played there with their connections to Bovado who are already blacklisted with us! It's a shame you didn't get to read Bovado reviews here first.   8. I'm pretty sure the Mega Moolah jackpot has been won more than once a year in fact I'm 95% sure of it based on the news I write! Maybe we should have a new thread which I update every time one of the big jackpots are won? Stating amounts, countries etc etc, it's come up quite a few times now in the forum.

  11. I think there might be small misinderstanding. Are you referring to this rule If so this is only for members are wanting to use repeat games. We don't actually have a rule in place for people wanting to enter, it's open to all.
  12. Yeah a little bit sympathy I guess but this game is notorious for it, a bad day on IM is a bad day I can easily have a session on it and not even get free spins let alone Wild Desire.
  13. Personally I'd say no you shouldn't trust it but it might depend on the brand. Can you disclose where you're playing or would you rather keep it secret. Thing is - this is one of the most common issues we have here at the casino. Members self-excluding then playing at a sister site and can't withdraw because of it. And especially if you've told them you have a gambling problem I'd be very cautious and I think you might be taking a big risk. So, did you self-exclude or did they close the other account?

  15. Just had a quick look and can see the Malta and Curacao lisense, with Malta being on board I'd like to think the casino would be okay to play at. Live chat isn't 24/7 like you said I'd keep logging in to try and catch it open, probably the best way to find the answers you need. My instant answer would have been duplicate account found or like you said same IP. This happened to me at NextCasino, duplicate IP address and just locked it without telling me but if you say there definitely isn't cant really think of another reason why. And yes, we don;'t have this casino yet so you wouldn't be able to use our complaint service. I'd really just bide your time and keep checking for a live chat agent available.

  17. Yes I have to agree this really has been Play'n GO's year. Even though I am no where near as big of a fan of their games as a lot of members here I'm sure this will come to me over time!

  21. Yeah I mean you could submit a complaint as pinnit has mentioned and just see what happens. However you'll need to make sure you include as much info as possible as it's still quite hard to understand what exactly has happened here. The complaint won't get accepted unless you include a lot of information. The issue you have is you said they blocked your account so there was probably a good reason for doing so. Maybe a duplicate account? If this is the case then you won't be entitled to the winnings anyway.
  22. So they closed your account and you still had withdrawable funds available? We really need to know the reason the withdrawal was initially refused because chances are even if the account was re-opened it would be refused again. Do you not have the email still or can support tell you? To be honest I've never personally closed an account before so I'm not entirely sure of the process regarding getting it back open. We do have other members here though will be able to answer better than me on this one,
