      Well without meaning to be rude here - You've been playing underage for 2 years I'm guessing? I'm assuming the gambling age is 18 in the Netherlands is it? If this is the case then don;t be surprised if you don't get your winnings since you've broken the law and indeed broken their terms for underage gambling. But either way anyway you've broken the terms with multiple accounts so I'd be very surprised if you get your winnings. Maybe your deposits back is the best you can hope for.

      My best advice is to switch to iOS and you'll find alkl the good ones there But to be honest most mobile casinos can just be played through a browser anyway can't see the need to get an app for them?

      You accept the 500 they upped it to and thank your lucky stars they did that! If their terms state max withdrawal is 5x a loyalty bonus then you should only be withdrawing £250 whether you win 4000 or 40,000. You won't stand a chance in a small claims court if their terms and conditions state what the max withdrawal is.

      Okay so for starters I've removed your final sentence and given my reason above and edited your title or you risk this topic getting locked! Now for my personal opinion on this - for me Gonzo's Quest is one of the most versatile NetEnt games I can play. I've always had a love-hate relationship with the game. Started off years ago really enjoying the game but never being able to win huge like my partner was able to or even like some screenshots I seen. I go through phases with the game and it's by far the hardest game I play to trigger the free spins feature in fact I can go sessions with no feature at all! I haven't lost anywhere near as much as you state you have lost of course but it's certainly not NetEnt robbing you neither is the game "rigged". When I don't like Gonzo I simply don't play it for a while, I don't really understand why you would put so much into a single game which you don't win on?

      Me personally - I don't see this as a bad thing. It'll help you not blow all your winnings back in the casino, go enjoy your winnings and not worry about only being able to deposit £200 a month. And after all, like Afi said if you're not happy about the limit there are other fishes in the sea
