  1. Hi and welcome to the forum. Most casinos will ask for a utility bill as well as photo ID to be honest. Are you sure there's nothing with your address on that you can use? I've used a catalogue bill before, even a normal letter. I don't really have "utility" bills because most of mine are paperless now.

  11. It was discussed in another topic that the reason is because of an exchange rate. So if the casino paid you in one currency and it reached your chosen payment method in a different currency then there would be a small discrepency with the amounts.

I have just check the casino here and they seem to have a pretty good track record, it says a £10K monthly withdrawal limit, not sure if that is dependent on your loyalty at the casino.
