Do they have a UK Gambling License? I've just had a look and I can't find any licensing info or even their terms and conditions!

What a load of rubbish!! You can't claim tax credits if you earn over £16,000 a month so that's rubbish. Child Benefit can be paid but if you earn over about £50K a month it's get massively taxed. Don't believe this story at all!

Yeah I completely agree guys! I think it is such a taboo subject in the UK now and no one really likes to admit they actually play because it is frowned upon. So, I'm assuming @blondie it's not just in the UK then? I actually think people are even more surprised with it is a female who says she plays. None of my friends know I do.

It's okay, I really don't think you need to explain yourself any more. The OP clearly has a grudge and in my opinon if he doesn't want to provide documents when he withdraws then he may as well quit gambling right now because he's going to be disappointed. ALOT! I don't realy see what the issue is though. If you are happy to verify when you deposit, what is the difference in supplying those documents when you withdraw? Good luck with horse racing, grew up with it my father is still a huge fan!

Well I guess netiher of you are pretty experiened when it comes to withdrawing then. WTF reads the fine print before they play? Well a sensible person with experience to be honest. Any person who doesn't can expect to run into problems like you have. If you don't want to read the fine print, don't moan about not reading the fine print later on. If you'd just read it in the first place you wouldn't be where you are now. In an ideal world we'd all like to verify when we deposit to make withdrawals quicker but fact is, most casinos will get verification done at withdrawal stage. If you expect every casino to verify you when you deposit - you're in for a lot of disappointment.

Their live chat flagged warnings straight away! Stay well clear IMO. Telling me the licensing information is at the botttom of the page when it isn't (well not for me anyway). Copied and pasted the paragraph I can see and still told me it was in the paragraph. It wasn't.
