      Hi everyone, I've had the official leaderboard sent to me, but it was the same one that was displayed on the leaderboard so I've mentioned there seems to be an issue with the final results which were never updated. I've asked for further clarification

      I can still access some of those casinos? Virtual City, Grand Reef, Casino Share ? I've been on live chat at Casino Rewards, they confirmed they're open and said to check their list on their site but their list is much less than ours and doesn't include the ones you mentioned. I will rasie this with the team on Wednesday and we will get it checked. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

      Hi Flatzem, do you mean closed down altogether because I think they're still open. Do you mean the link doesn't work to direct you to the casino from AG? My country is restricted so if you can confirm this for more please and I'll get them checked.

Inform me of incorrect country restrictions in a review (or you can use the Suggest an Edit feature) 3. Any invalid links 4. Any issues with bonuses Etc etc.

      It is a very rainy bank holiday here There's still not many places open to take the kids yet. still counting down the days to normality. However, on a more positive note the vaccine went well and I had zero side effects! What is everyone else up to today?

      In relation to the reason why your complaint was rejected, which casino investigation do they mean? The casino is clearly using every tactic under the sun to stall your payment now. If it was me, I'd have no issue sending in a picture holding my ID, as Afi stated above this has become the norm over recent years. If after you have carried out yet another thing they've asked for and they still refuse to pay out, I will ask our Guru to take a look here and see why the complaint can't be accepted. He's off for a week but I can still speak to the complaints team for you on the mean time so please keep me updated with the next step here.

      It won’t change the casinos terms and conditions to allow you to play, it’s just to change our review in case we’ve restricted a country that shouldn’t be.

      Thanks Afi - I haven’t written a review in years so I tried it myself and it was asking for 150 characters too, but good to know you can submit without a con. Years ago when I used to write them, there was just one box for all

      Hi and welcome to the forum, If there is absolutely nothing you like about the casino you can just explain this in the cons section. 150 characters won't take you long to write, a sentence to explain the casino is everything you'd imgagined it to be will suffice. Also if you come across a casino that states your country is restricted but in fact, you can actually play there you can use the Suggest an Edit feature and the team will check out the country restrictions. Or, if you prefer you can let me know here in the forum.
