I did verify my account prior, buit 3 weeks now, no replies to my emails and they have also now disbaled the live chat coimpletely. I have reported to this to the Malta Gaming Auothiry where theyhold their license. Its 35k!!!

I have been trying for 3 weeks to make a withdrawal, 2 weeks of coming and going , requesting one additionl document after the next. All documents supplied. now it has been 6 days and I get told that my withdrawal was cancelled. All the support staff keep telling me that it has been escalated, but no funds after 3 weeks. You can load money in minutes, but i havent been able to make awithdrawal
