      I decided to make a deposit at igame last weekend...what a mistake that was. I made a deposit of €25...it began processing my card payment .. Took a little longer than expected then a screen came up which said successful deposit but it went in a split second and changed to failed deposit. I thought I'd better check my bank account before I try again,only to find it had been taken. This did not alarm me though because it's happened to me several times at other casinos where the payment had timed out. I didn't even bother going to live help until I had spoke to my bank to get the authorisation code for the payment which I was able to get straight away. Usually in my experience anyway the casino are able to track the payment from this and credit the account. Igame however, presented me with one of the most arrogant and disrespectful services I have had from live help in a long time. As I thought, they said the payment did not go through, I knew they would say this because they are partially right there was an error sending the payment so it wouldn't show as cleared their end but the money had been reserved from my account for them to collect...they would not accept this whatsoever. I told them I have the authorisation code to pass it to their financial department to. Track. This couldn't be done straight away but I had an email shortly after asking to provide a screenshot of my bank statement! I'd already told them it doesn't show that soon on online banking, but if they use the code they will see what has happened. Three times I received the same email. I eventually got live help again on the site and they told me I'd just have to wait up to 10 days and the failed deposit will automatically be refunded to my account. They were not making any attempt to trace the payment and they we're quite honest about that!! I would just have to wait 10 days...the best thing of all came now...... An email asking me to send in verification documents in order for the money to be returned to my account hahahahahaha ...it was honestly that rude and cheeky that I just burst out laughing. My bank had already told me they could refund me that same day and my visa insurance would cover me so then the bank claim it off them. I honestly didn't even reply to them and I haven't since, my bank had the money to me instantly . Valleys preaches to he all the time to stick to the casinos we know are trusted ones, even if it means you don't get a bonus, but being female I have to completely not listen and do the opposite. I can't help it it's like a disease lol, but I always think well why shouldn't u try a new one, you should be able to trust any casino with your money, in this day and age..but I'm starting to believe valleys may finally be right for once In his life. Has anyone else had any problems either with igame or failed deposits? (I'm going to see if I can find that email they sent me a minute

I just wondered what you thought about it that's all ...do you really thing it surpasses all expectations? AND beats its predecessar??       Wow I am very impressed Lord. thank you for sharing that with me, its an interesting read I never even thought of those kind of ways people could to do cheat online!! People Go through all that effort of cheating just to win a poker game?? Surely you should just accept that your rubbish at poker, hence the reason you have to cheat...and MOVE ON.???? Is that not the logical thing to do lol

      So it's seems as though this thread could do with a bit of tender love and care..... :] I don't tend to look for news and updates to be honest, I usually leave all that up to Valleys but I will make sure to come here in the future with any valuable information. I don't really have any right now that would apply to everyone, but my fellow UK members that are here it seems as though New UK Law could see us Brits who cheat at online poker face a 10 year minimum prison sentence as opposed to the very small 2 year sentence that is in place AG the moment! That's the British Justice System for you. The sentence was raised originally for sports betting and things like match fixing as football is so corrupt. But this new law will be extending to online gambling and will include online poker and tournaments! Beats me how you an cheat at online Poker mind...but there obviously is!! Do u think playing Valleys bonus money when he has fallen asleep and then telling him in the morning that he woke up and spent if would be classed at cheating on my behalf!!?? Lol...if it is....then I think I'm in big trouble lol.

      So I had a quick go today of Avalon II today at Royal Vegas. It wasn't actually my deposit, it was valleys but he let me have a few spins. He wasn't offered anything specifically on Avalon II just a 50% reload bonus. Unfortunately guys..it's not good news from me so far. To be honest I'm not surprised, games like these look so good in black and white but in my experience a slot that has so many bonus games is usually rubbish..I don't have much of an opinion yet on this. The only bonus I managed to get (but I didn't play it long) was like a random one where a guy comes at the bottom of the screen and awards you a random win generally between £2-£3 and I had free spins once where I won £4.50. I Didn't take any screenshots as I had no wins worthy of one. I don't know what to think yet..I think I need some more playing time on it definitely, wanna try out some of the bonus games before making my mind up, but they have a lot of work to do!

      But Valdes we don't all have the money that you may have to be able to make these kinds of bets that get you these winnings! I don't know if I'm alone on that but wins like that for me are very very few and far between. Are those the kind of wins your expecting on here?

      Valdes it has to turn out to be their fault OK,!! Lol because I have told him everything he had to do, I told him what the terms were and everything so I simply cannot be wrong haha, I'll never live it down!. I know exactly what they are going to say...they will say that their terms state if your balance reaches €1 or less then your bonus is forfeited, so then they will say you would have used the bonus money up so claim the free spins then and you will have a positive balance to play them!!! But they know full well that is not how their terms are worded, and the fact he specifically asked live help before he deposited out rules their terms. But neither of us hold any hope on this one. They covered themselves in the way they worded it so they had no intention of giving the free spins in my eyes anyway. It's not very often cocopop gets angry ... But I don't like it when you are led under false pretences to spend your hard earned money for a casino that only has their interest at hearts. That's all I have to say on the matter...and thank you for taking on his complaint so quickly, I told him to do it out of principle. I know that it will come back as we are in the wrong..

      Oh Valdes I just edited my post sorry about the mobile screenshots, I read it back and it seemed awfully catty for cocopop, so I changed it to something far more cheerful. And it's ok I wasn't disappointed, like I said in my post I had a feeling it wouldn't be accepted as Jay had already explained it to me...but god loves a trier right!
