  1. I will let you switch but you will be locked to these three currencies now for 2026 and will not be allowed to bet in USD.
  2. And what’s the reason why you’ve switched please? I can only take your first answer if you’ve switched for unethical reasons? You can PM if you prefer.
  3. Rules will be announced after the 5th but you should submit your three currencies if you haven’t already. These will come with you into our 2026 contests and anyone using one that isn’t the three submitted will be contacted for reasons why. This will be our new rule.
  4. ALL members are reminded to read forum rules. It is not my responsibility to remind you to check these for every contest. I also can’t check your engagement every day - it’s up to you to make sure you make the qualifying posts. So please make sure you have read these as this will be my only reminder moving forward. I think I am VERY fair - but honestly this is the easiest rule to follow, no one should be breaking it really.
  5. Oh please!! You all know the rules which are active FROM THE DAY I POST. Everyone here has one forum post so if I meant that I’d simply not include the rule! It’s not hard to engage in our forum topics - you’re all happy to take the prizes! One forum post during the contest is more than fair. One post which was a mandatory post to a post I posted in a contest-related topic does not count. I will not be dealing with this until I’m home but all members are aware of the rules and if people can’t be bothered to make one post during the contests then on them be the consequences. I will review your activity @Ultras34 when I’m home.

  17. It’s not really a red flag at all - most people on trustpilot for casinos are just bad losers! We've seen it happen here over and over again - bad reviews left simple because the person couldn’t handle losing!

Our reviews are updated periodically but as you can imagine with thousands of reviews on our site it’s near impossible to ensure every single one is updated in real time - so we do rely on the forum to let us know when something has changed at a casino. This applies to the written part and important details. When it comes to casino rating - there are lots of things that impact this. I’ve just had a look at PlayoJo casino and see they have live chat for registered users only - are you telling me this doesn’t work? If so can you please post screenshots so I can get our review updated? Also - each review is written individually. No two reviews will EVER be the same. You may notice some similarities between reviews but as you can imagine we write thousands of reviews so some general information may sound similar.

  21. Unfortunately I’ve had some bad news that payments won’t be issued until at least the 12th Jan due to the holiday season. As you all know this is completely out of my hands - I’m not sure why they haven’t been paid before the holiday season started.
