Paying in instalments when you win a big amount isn't that unusual, but I'm not sure why they would wait a few months for the first instalment. Maybe stalling tactics? -

In an ideal world yes it should work like this BUT unfortunately it doesn’t. Your balance is not usually removed until you request a withdrawal and you have no leg to stand on because you accepted the terms and conditions unfortunately. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to change this situation, you will only be allowed to withdraw the $100. -

I’m not what exactly makes the team decide which games we add and which games we don’t, I’ll ask for you -
POLITE REMINDER - Payments can take up to 14 working days to arrive after the invoices have been sent, not including weekends. Invoices can take up to 10 business days to be created, from the 1st of every month, regardless of what date the contest finishes. I can chase payments once this cycle has passed but cannot make payments arrive any quicker. Please be patient, you will receive payment! I can confirm that invoices will be sent on Monday so that is when the time cycle will start for September. This means I cannot chase payments until 23rd September, but hopefully they would have arrived before then.

Things don’t get dragged out, there is a process that needs to be followed. We do not directly issue the payments and I have no control over the finance department. You are new to our contests but this is not a new process. Invoices are NOT processed until the month after the contest finishes - usually within the first 10 BUSINESS DAYS. This means with the payment wait time it could potentially take up to 24 BUSINESS DAYS. I can start chasing it once the time has expired but I cannot make your payments come any quicker. So please just bear this in mind the next time you enter
