Not really, all you need to 'prove' you have used the complaints process offered by the relevant casino which doesn't necessarily mean using an ADR. In short, if you could prove you sent an email for example to the operator's complaints team that should be sufficient.

Although not a Bitcoin casino player myself, from what I've heard and read in our complaints section, it's pretty obvious bitcoin scheme is really fast and anonymous only when it comes to small amounts. Once it gets serious and there is half BTC or more on stake/withdrawal all the usual crap is being used against the player - lengthy 'KYC', delayed approvals and processing of payments, game play 'investigations', etc etc... Maybe I'll try one after acquiring UKGC/MGA/GRA/AGCC license. ?

Unfortunately, the aforementioned brand went under the radar some time ago and we had no other option but to cease cooperation since they became totally unresponsive. What really matters in this situation is that we will continue to accept complaints against them despite their denial of cooperation. Our practice shows that often the next owners are willing to resolve such disputes and get rid of the previous negative PR.
