      Hi @xamenosand welcome to the AskGamblers Forum. What you described in your post is a perfectly legit practice and as @Afi4winsexplained further, something that many, many Operators are doing nowadays. Why they are doing that? It's pretty simple actually: - to test, adopt and utilize different business models e.g. one of the brands could be more Sports betting oriented while the other could be Casino mostly; or pro-bonus marketing strategy in some of the brands and no-bonus (cashback only) across the others... - to save cost per license/operator/staff/etc. Hope the above helps but in case you have further questions, please shoot.

      Hello there @smihaylov1986 and welcome to the AskGamblers Forum. For your information, we don't have a single AGCCS case so far against any of the Operators working under the N1 Interactive MGA license (Spinia included) where a complainant has been unfairly and/or unjustly accused of term/s breach. Further, you have been duly advised to forward the matter in front of the MGA directly. That would save you thousands spent on hypothetical court case, simply because IF the regulatory body confirms the Operator's actions, IMO, it's unrealistic to expect that a court would do the opposite.       Hi @Blackjax, Our fellow forum member @BRENDAN1986 has already used AGCCS and submitted a complaint 4 times. All rejected due to unjustified accusations and lack of valid proofs unfortunately.

Now that would be a dream podcast which I'm pretty confident will stay for the next generations of punters! The thing is, what you are referring to is mostly referring/related to a whole new loyalty scheme or platform or you name it, which is referring to your overall activity across the entire AskGamblers website. That is something we are already working on and sincerely hope we will have something to show by the end of this year. What our beloved Sharon is referring to in her post is actually what would you like to see and happen in the FORUM. Kindly notice that unlike most of the other competitors, AskGamblers is far far far away from being associated with its forum only.

      Yeah, asked out of curiosity tbh... You know @RazorX, when it comes to regulatory framework related questions, I'm looking at it from a slightly different perspective. MGA, although far from being perfect (still dragging their feet on building and implementing a working SE unified register for example), would never afford IMHO to grant a license without all the relevant due diligence, especially in terms of legal matters. I bet their Legal Team have more than enough experts in that area so I assume the fact they granted that license means something at the end of the day. That's all.

      Thanks Sharon for sharing the amazing news with our forum community! Indeed, quite a challenging task ahead of our fantastic Complaint Team which I have absolutely no doubt they will manage to handle in the same professional, fair and honest way like they are doing with the casino related complaints. I'm sure we are yet to see in the coming years which will be the most common sports betting related issues, but yeah, @Blackjax suggestions are pretty much covering our own expectations.

      Exactly! And IMHO, that's the main strategic point and logic behind all these really really really serious acquisitions of NetEnt, BTG, etc... As soon as the US market opens again for a regulated online gambling business (and that's the tendency with more and more new US states emerging on the iGaming map), man, those of the gaming companies who have already established there will kill it BIG TIME!
