      I cannot comment this topic from my experience, since I barely have 10-15 accounts opened in total, in different casinos. But I'd agree with Guru that they don't care so much, at least in the beginning, when they can have only an advantage of your account or details or even a deposit. But when there's about the payments or bonuses, rule about prohibition of possessing multiple accounts, can be ace from the hole for them and I think they can gladly use it against you, in such situations..
