when I had the cashback issue and all of my gaming logs were suddenly gone in my account on the website in my profile, I requested King Billy to send me the gaming logs, and what they sent me were logs with columns missing. I have proof of that with correspondence through emails. the columns missing were the payoff sum column, and the profit column. Therefore, I couldn't calculate my cashback with only the bet sum, they knew the reason for me asking them for the logs --- 1st document then I emailed them back and said that it doesn't show the winning amount and then they added the profit sum to the log. --- 2nd document then I sent them an email of an original gaming log I had bc I had a complaint regarding a glitch issue and then they sent me the original gaming log and which had all the columns in it correctly. the original document has the bet sum, the payoff sum, and profit sum all three separate columns ----3rd document luckily I had an original gambling log document otherwise I wouldn't of known the difference! thats super illegal!! I have researched and the Malta Gaming Authority regards this as a violation of the gaming act! Since thats a huge breach shouldn't I get back all of the deposits I have made to the casino??

are casinos allowed to edit gaming logs and email them to players, or are they supposed to email them as they get them from the service provider? And if they do is that illegal?

So then the weekly cashback that is offered by King Billy with the proof of the support chat that I have, is obvious that net loss is calculated by net wins, as well as the other guy who had a problem with his cash back a couple of months ago. thanks for clearing that up brother, and hopefully the proof I have provided would shed more light on how I'm being treated by King Billy. My investigation is now at a higher level and it was escalated by The Pogg, The complaint is now at SoftSwiss, the parent company of the casino. And, that was emailed to me by my vip rep, from King Billy casino. And she explained that none of the mangers are involved in the investigation at this point!! I wonder why???? I have looked up cases on The Pogg and anything a casino claims through email, or chat is deemed accurate, full stop. they have the tools and information infront of them to inform me of anything that's not true, or anything that they don't know they then would have to speak to the managers about. All support staff is trained in the knowledge of the terms and conditions, and they must be bc, if a prospective client asked them a question they would have to give the answer about the terms or relay a email to a senior support staff so I can get the answer! I have spoken to numerous amounts of support staff via chat from diff casino over the past month looking to sign up. They all tell me the same thing about the Cashback Bonus, that they first have to look up the terms and conditions, then if I ask a question they're not sure of they relay me a email to contact someone who will give me an answer. Again, this is physical evidence not hearsay, and its binding bc she represents the casino, and again I have reviewed other Pogg investigations where anything said over a chat or email of a promo is binding. She's not allowed to just say anything she wants to say, and again thats not the only one I have I have another one from another support staff! I think I'm done proving my point!

I would like to post this chat transcript I had with one of the support members at King Billy casino that should shed more light on what is calculated in the formula! I asked the support agent how the cashback formula was calculated and gave her an ex. of black jack. if I bet 300 and won 300 what would you put into the formula for the cashback. She replied total bet 300 - total winning bet amount 300 = 0. I also have another chat transcript of another employee telling me that the winning amount is net!

I agree with afi and freedom of speech would apply here, and it would be up to a judge and jury to acquit or find guilt. forums are miss used at times and with obvious proof we can all see what's relevant and not relevant. afi makes a great point with the trump analogy, and we should leave it at that!!

I posted a thread on Casinomeister about this cashback situation and now ruslan is saying I lost 250 for oct 28 to nov 02. he's changing his story and arguments I'm quoting him. well I submitted a complaint to thepogg.com but I'm not sure if thats the adr that ruslan was speaking of, but I spoke with the AskGamblers support and they told me to wait for a reply from them. And then I guess I will have to go to the next channel, which is the curaçao complaint team but from all the forums that I have read it seems it will be difficult to get a reply back.

Then after taking a look at what vita had sent me of how to calculate all of the information provided I realized that I was owed more than what I really assumed. Imagine that, Because in the diagram she emailed me their were two diff. terms: 1 .Total winning bet amount. 2. Winning amount. What does Total winning bet amount and winning amount mean: Well if I'm gambling on live baccarat and I bet $1500, and I win, I get back $3000. Because when I made that initial bet of $1500, it was withdrawn out of my balance and then when I won I got $3000, but in reality I only won $1500. My total Bet sum= $1500, My total winning bet amount = $3000 My total winning amount = $1500 Why I’m bring this up, well because in the terms and conditions for the Cashback Bonus, King Billy will claim that in the equation: for Prince / Princess: (pot - winning amount - received bonuses) × 0.10. That winning amount refers to total winning bet amount. But it’s very important to look at the new policy that my Vip manager Vita sent me as evidence to prove my claim that the two terminologies exist and were used in two different contexts: A. She made sure she added asterisks to make sure I understood terms and definitions. B. She was knew I was frustrated, because she mislead me and wanted everything defined, as the email shows. C. She was very descriptive and analytical in the way she organized everything D. She holds a Post of Senior Vip Manager; she is very experienced. Ruslan was arguing about jurisdictions that one was Malta and the other Curaçao, which is true, but the same weekly cashback is on their terms and conditions for kingbilly.com as kingbillycasino.com. The Malta Gaming Authority have better regulations than curaçao and actually require and Alternative Dispute Resolution be appointed. And for Curacao I can't find any directory of regulations and they don't have an appointed ADR, and there are warnings regarding not to play at casinos attached to these licenses because you will get no help, what so ever! I literally found this out today!! So the argument Ruslan is giving for jurisdiction is: if I'm in canada and was sold a product from two different countries, Malta and Curacao, and both are literally the exact same company, with two diff licenses, with the same terms and conditions, one being regulated at a higher level then other; therefore, because Curaco has no regulations they don't have to send me the product but for Malta because there is regulations which was clearly breached they have to send the product. better ex. Pretty much Malta is the U.k and Curacao is China! This to me is unfair! Again proving why my claim should be treated just as it was in MGA territory and all the regulations should be considered when looking at this case.
