  1. I recently demanded closure and deletion of my account at 'iWildCasino', part of the Altacore N.V. group. After being a member for more than a year and never being able to withdraw it didn't feel fun anymore. The good thing that came from it is that I discovered many points in their T&C that opened my eyes. More than one time they were contradicting and clearly not abiding their own T&C, or they were untrue when put to the test. The demand and my right to ask that my account were to be deleted and my personal details shredded from their database(s) was the only time support didn't answer my grievances or remarks with a template-like reply. Practically begging and pointing out my progress in reaching the next VIP level. Fun thing about the VIP progress was my question, first through live chat and then via support e-mail, about how much money needed to be wagered to raise one %. I concluded the closest to an answer they tried feeding me was 'we decide at our discretion your percentage, nothing is set in stone'. For the VIP level I obtained one of the percs was a 5% extra on every deposit made, I never received this, only when I complained and contacted support I was told that indeed, following their own VIP advertising I'm entitled to this but as it can't be made automatic -WTF?- I should contact support every time after having made a deposit but before playing even one spin. Withdrawals, only €1200 a day in 3 parts because the maximum per withdrawal is €400. These aren't confirmed by e-mail like every deposit or deposit 'error' for whatever reason not gone through. Depositing with Mifinty mostly, which I used as intermediary for Bancontact/Mister Cash, Belgiums only electronic payment system connected to our bank account was reason for cancelation of withdrawal because I demanded withdrawal via Bank Transfer. Bank Transfer is from my pov the only real KYC assurance, as we players have to provide pictures of our card and a bank statement as part of the KYC verification. The T&C stated that for withdrawal your method of deposit will be used unless you specify another method and named 'such as via bank transfer' but the operator has the last word and freedom of choosing another method for withdrawal. So €1200 a day becomes each two days like this because they send cancellation and no matter how fast you redo your withdrawal this is only handled the next day...keeping in mind that €1200 a day is in reality only €4800 each week because withdrawals made on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday aren't processed until Monday. And to close with: that feeling you have that you're not playing slots but you are played with...it grows and grows and grows when playing slots that have a bonus attached seem profitable and doable till the end is in sight and suddenly no slot produce wins anymore. Playing without deposit on the other hand, creeping thoughts of unfairness, tampered RTP's were joined with sudden technical issues and being thrown out of a game that couple of times you had the feeling that a slot you were playing was THE slot that would make it worth...after logging in and opening that game again, that feeling of winning never returned. Conclusion at least for me: that Curacao license/seal means NOTHING !!! Gambling sites where to much effort is put in making it visually attractive and a choice of (too varied?) providers covering everyone's taste are simple lures which hide questionable conditions/intentions. Those operators have the most ridiculous conditions in their T&C concerning wagering/max withdrawals/restricted games etc... IT ISN'T ALL GOLD WHICH SHINES, READING AND CALCULATING ENDLESS T&C's ARE A NECESSITY and COMMON SENSE PRIMORDIAL. And to be even more honest, websites like AskGamblers and their Certified / Recommended online casino's need to be inspected at the same level as the most blacklisted blacklist casino/operator around.
  2. It's been a long time that I'm being pro-active what concerns a review / additional information about a casino but iWild's Live Chat / email support just makes me irritated today. I've been a player at iWild for about 6 months, maybe longer and deposited € 1000's. Now today I asked a simple question: play € 100 = 1 iCoin ... the VIP levels they use and the %'s ... how much money has to be played for 1% (like so many casino's mention). Live Chat's answer: ''Unfortunately, we do not have this information. You can play and the level will rise. You can get acquainted with all available information in your personal account and in the VIP section. Unfortunately, raising the level is considered automatic and we do not have this information. Two days ago I began with € 1200, and played I guess € 2400 before the initial amount was gone. I rose 3%, the Live chat answer did not satisfy me so I wrote an email and got the most standard reply possible: Thank you for reaching out to iWild Support! You can track your VIP level in your account and all available information and available privileges for each level you can also find in the VIP section on our website. As soon as you gain the necessary experience to reach the next VIP level, your status will be upgraded. The column must be 100% filled, after which the VIP status information will be updated. I thought wtf + phew and continued my day, addicted to gambling as I am ofcourse I decided to deposit and use the weekend reload bonus but before depositing read the terms once again: So the weekend reload bonus: 50% bonus up to € 500 + 50 free spins; free spins are limited to € 100 max withdraw The bonus limited to max 5 times (wager = 35x bonus + deposit) EXAMPLE: deposit €30, get €15 bonus ... I can withdraw max €75 after wagering, if I withdraw all other bonuses disappear. And this count vice versa if you start with the free spins make €100 after 40x wagering FS winnings. ERrrr AHEUM!! I got a promo in email with no specific terms attached,35% and 80 free spins on Buffalo King Megaways waiting for You! when asked in Live chat if that promo doesn't have that max withdrawal x5 bonus amount coz no specific terms nowhere to be found I presume the terms on their https://iwildcasino.com/en/page/bonus-terms page count right???? Am I wrong ???? Prove to me that the email promo has the same terms as the promos with clear terms on your bonuses page....
  3. I really wanna talk about it....spill my beans I send you pm but how can we chat concrete? ... yesterday I contacted live chat and got hold of two people whom I think belong to some admins broader family
  4. Question: way back in 2017 I seemed to have made which is requested with an account I didn't know I even had. https://www.askgamblers.com/video-slots/arising-phoenix-amatic-industries-game-review/#winningScreenshots Can you transfer that to this account or remove so I can make it anew using the scrnshot from then and there coz' I don't have that one anymore but it's a nice one for a slot I nowadays regularly still play.
  5. ofcoz' this wasn't the main or only reason, it's a cumulated shitbag that gets way too much attention in Belgium. when in full corona lockdown the government takes yet another piece away and making no logical sense at all, I ventilated, although benine it felt just.

  7. I just wrote ***** YOU and remove me from all Belgium regulated casino's now and in the future. Were they sarcastic in their answer?...I'll never know but to me the answer was a standard one for people with gambling problems and not one directed at a removal request due to sheer frustration towards the regulatory organ and their laws which impact my freedom of choosing where to throw money away but at least expect once a year to get a reward, hence b-day bonus. Which was high; € 25, 1x playthrough, withdrawal without restrictions/limitations. This was apparently decided and came in effect 01/01/2020 ... I got notice of this on my b-day in august through the casino...if this isn't a setup to enervate people
  8. I checked my country's regulatory gambling commission's website and more specific the blacklisted ones: I immediately noticed an AG Certified as being blacklisted. When a country, multiple prolly, blacklist a casino ... to what extend is it still a defendable choice which casino you grant your support through the AG Certified label? Isn't this bad for reputation / credibility on the long-term AG project?
  9. LAUGH EDIT: https://www.gamingcommission.be/opencms/export/sites/default/jhksweb_nl/documents/EA-Games-conforms-to-the-Belgian-gambling-legislation.pdf
  10. If you want a laugh....
  11. Last year a notice that bonuses for birthday's were forebidden to be offered with kind regards of the Belgian Gaming Commission introduced @ the beginning of 2020. How kind of them to tell me or via the casino notify me of this 2/3 far in 2020 on my birthday. I thanked all of them by unsubscribing from all native gambling sites and writing a big FU through email. I received a thanks for your trust and a note stating that a made a wise decision on quitting from my gambling problems
  12. So, anyone with big updates or is it back(gammon) to Sudoku ? I have one top ten place reached and a second with the Periodic Table of Elements Quiz, which I will win just before closing (wanna bet?)...in my scope. Future winssssssszzzzzzz
  13. I once started @ RedBet and was sad to see my country's regulatory entity ban RedBet real early. I never understood and still don't understand Belgium when it comes to blacklist casino's abroad. @ RedBet, I ***** you not, I won once every three deposists...depo avg. 150, withdraw avg. 500...fun! Belgium certified casino's all use a native provider called Gaming1 which I never found abroad and playing these slots you immediately understand why: capped winnings and used as a failsafe after losing EGT, NetEnt or whatever provider 'cause you could never win big starting with Gaming1 but almost allways recover when luck just wasn't on your side. SO I DON't RECOMMEND ANY BELGIUM BASED CASINO'S 2 U GUYS !!! ... except Star Casino which has about 2700 slots from +- 45 providers. Casino's that stood out the last years: Rolletto reads nice T&C and looks and feels like the real deal with an operator new to me onyxion bv although I have to say I haven't played there yet because of the limited depo and withdraw options (they focus on Bitcoin, which with the rates of today is/was logic when they opened doors. I predict this as a best casino 2021 title candidate in whatever award. As a side note; as I really do like AG and it's setup as affiliate platform I have a minimum to none understanding for the way to big DAMA support. They have decent casino's but somehow I don't feel it and besides Bitstarz other affiliate websites neither. TrueFlip on the other hand looks like a dececnt candidate to promote and stand behind that with integer intentions. 1. RedBet 2. Trueflip 3. Rolletto 4.Star Casino (for Belgium players)
  14. There's absolutely no way the highest scores are obtained by clicking the correct answer after having read...extracting core (word)s out of question and idem dito following a click on the correct answer. The high scores I've seen can only be reached by clicking on one of the four area's where the answers appear without even the question being shown 0.1-0.2 sec...humanly not possible. So click away and hope you get all 10 or 9 to be a genius in not being a genius
  15. Play'N Go - Playson - Other = EGT
  16. Same here, so Belgium can be added to offer not available for customers residing in...
  17. To be clear before I'm out...freespins, never won worthy of a cashout
  18. Figures...I misread the topic. Those amounts were not won from free spins. Just cashouts. That whole wagering thing today, yesterdays playthrough ... playthrough in my mindset is done in days, not amounts as primary hurdle so to speak. I'm downloading some movies and c y'all in a couple of weeks (who am I kidding, days ofcourse)
  19. As it happens I did... And you're right, the depo+bonus which was 1st €100 (20dep80bon) with a €5000 wager was not met. As soon as I saw my last coins fly away, so did a new offer appear (too quick to be good) and I was convinced to get my money back so I 2nd'ly deposited €10 bonus €40 and started the €2500 wager which I did achieve. As soon as the wager was met I saw my funds drop from €240 to €100 which confirms, max 10x deposit. And yet another lesson learned...never hope for some decency, even when a consumer spend a huge amount of time to wager a sticky bonus @ 50x dep+bon to have him crippled another € 130 and say hi to reality (e=mc² -> earn=minimal cashout).
