Ok, I'm starting to get it now. I would want to make an extra suggestion...although screenshots are preferred of course, I would like to demand that only the 'X Win Amount' wins count with or without a screenshot but with (see randomly downloaded example). EDIT: So we are sure there isn't any cheating involved and if you missed the prntscrn you can still prove your win.

If all complaints, grounded or not in conjunction with T&C's and/or AGCCS ability to help or not following their own TOS, would nonetheless be posted...maybe a red line or a broader view could help potential players with their judgement about playing at concerning casino. -

A habit I started doing this year...before first deposit take a prntscrn or download the T&C's at that moment. I also have the list of restricted games printed and when they let you choose your favorites, do so first and the cross reference with your favorite slots. Max bet, make sure before you spin that the amount isn't more than the max allowed bet and hit autospin, safest way. -

Sure, but check the reviews and tell me they are not quick quick quick, no real relevant info but always 9 and 10 stars. When they ask a screenshot, 99% of the people believe that high rating will mean something extra coming from the offer. Considering the amount of "positive" reviews this casino gets from a promotional reward, I believe we should discuss this. Although I registered and made use of specific promo after depositing, I believe this to be a delicate subject and have mixed feelings about it now. Thanks to a casino promo they have published on their website in which they promise 20FS and €5 FreeBet reward for leaving a review on Askgamblers.com they accumulated more than 150 reviews with an average player rating of 9. This gives a false sense of trustworthiness for people who come looking for a reliable, impartial review page of this casino. When you land of their review page and see those numbers and that score for a newly opened casino, I can't imagine how many people don't read any further and just say; "well, in that case, I'm registering". I noticed there is already one complaint, which is Unresolved. So I can already foresee future new casino's with bad intentions from the moment they are established making use of such promo's to gain an aura of reliability and amass as much money as possible in a short time, not abiding any obligations you'd expect a casino to normally do, let the complaints build up and build up and after X months disappearing completely. I'm certainly not pointing fingers but as this seems an even not so far fetched scenario, I honestly believe such specific situations should be dealt with for the sake of remaining impartial and a review page more in touch with reality which people can trust.

Indeed, the win wasn't added to the balance after exiting the game. I do understand that new casino's, especially when having such a mega library of game providers and slots, can suffer from growing pains, I don't blame anyone and am following the procedure of whom to talk to to get this settled before placing a complaint. Where I do have problems with and for which I do blame Royal Stars Casino is the manner of handling such matters: - 3 Hours being "forced" to follow every dumb suggestion when I have much more knowledge about my browsers and the settings and what or what not indeed may be a good suggestion to follow - Many players would've given up on this charade. The only good answer would be, we will contact the provider (Skywind), address what has happened to them and when we do get back to you, with proof from Skywind Group, communicate the verdict. Every time when I needed to re-contact live chat again being assigned a new person, even two times when I specifically demanded that person back, the last one...as a unicum was the same operator. This is a hot topic when it comes to growing a player database for a new casino, as I do not know anybody who is set up on that, SUGGESTION: implement something, a ticket assigned to player X conversing to operator X when asked to clear/log out/log in again OR just wait for that person to return and continue with the same operator the list of points to chronologically check. Royal Stars could be the first in the business doing this, maybe even setting a new standard in customer support and it would be beneficial for sure! Another aspect; stop any and all efforts in trying to trap a player into breaching T&C's...again; many players, still mad or not, would play those free spins RSC e-mailed and thus would've breached the T&C's. This is sheer trade craft intended to purposely mislead or misguide, just like stretching the KYC process for example ...in the long run this won't be beneficial either. I won't be acting on anything, I raised a complaint yesterday after getting a mister Mackey-like 'Mokaay'. I forwarded all through e-mail and Oh Lord, Oh Dear....the chat assistant didn't read the situation report well enough, investigation was and is still ongoing. EDIT: Maybe this will turn out as my first interaction with ACGCS, I'm rather curious but I'm giving them some slack for now... -
I'm sorry that on the second day I already need to announce a situation that has risen and where I've been more than patient enough (3 hours live chat yesterday) especially after tonight small live chat intermezzo where what was promised was clearly not carried out (an e-mail with decision mailed to me) nonetheless a verdict was reached it seems. It speaks for itself that I just won't let anybody dissect those except professionals, holding dear to my privacy. I wanted to file a complaint but thought *****, let's try this option also before I go ahead with that procedure.

I know the Ecogra website and have looked at the seal holders names several times but most I know are blacklisted by Belgium and most others are very old casino names and offer only Real Time Gaming games, which are the dumbest in the industry. But you said you also have the most trust in these certified ones because the most wins you had were at certified Ecogra casino's. I'll settle with those casino names, the ones with Ecogra label where you won so I can check if Belgium players are allowed and if the overall site offers enough/specific providers to my likings + deposit methods applicable to me.
