I think it would be great if OP clarified if Bonus was sticky or no sticky. That is also an important detail. The OP should have been more clear. It was AG live chat Team. You usually aren't that active on Saturday and Sunday. So I just contacted live chat directly after Trust dice refused to add bonus. I believe the country restrictions are because of the issue of not being able to buy Amazon vouchers for mentioned countries. Most countries cannot issue vouchers to Indian currency, maybe its the same thing with you. I personally have no problem in accepting Amazon vouchers in GBP or Euro.
