  1. I would love to hear about how the complaint process works in details. Not just about the successful ones but also about the ones where casinos dont respond. I would also like to listen to people who belong to gambling authorities Ukgc, mga and Curacao definitely. If you can get people from Dama and N1 interactive group it would be awesome.   20. I have used it twice. One complaint got rejected and the other helped me get my initial deposit back which I went ahead and lost. I might have to use a different ADR this time as the casino which I am about to have a complaint against is not on our forum. Dont know where to go if my withdrawal is declined the second time.
