@cocopop3011 rule 2 says post requirement should be completed 96 hours before contest closes. Thats 4 days. Previously it was 48 hours. Did you mean to write 96?

Looks like its a delay tactic. They want you to cancel your withdrawal and expect you to play down your funds. Have patience and hopefully they will pay.

I believe hiding rtp is an option given by the provider to the casino. Some casinos show 92% (skillonnet) , some 94 c(altacore and fortuna) and even 96%. If these guys can show rtp then why not others?

That's not a huge amount. Btw i have read their terms and like most crypto exchange gambling transactions are prohibited. But only if its a huge amount as it might be part of AML trail. Just tell them about the source of funds and ask them to release your funds. We'll see what happens next.
