Payments have been happening on Thursday or Friday from the past 5/6 months. They will probably happen in the next 4 hours as I have received my payments as late as 16:30 UTC (December 2024). If not, then tomorrow.

Yes I knkw. Those April payments were supposed to happen in May. Thats why I said May, my bad.

AG does not process payments, Gig does. When AG processed payments they did in two days. Now Gig is involved and they are putting money in AG. All these regular AG comps and paid reviews are Gig money. Yes this month they must have disappointed you but they are also organising a lot for us too. We never had so many contests back in the day.

This was possible when AG was not owned by GIG. Now since they are under GiG things have changed. Its not just 7 to 8 people anymore and we dont know if its the same person sending payments for Skrill and bank transfers. From the past two years(since AG was taken over) payments for May have always been paid in June so I am not surprised with the delay.

Did your bank confirm that your deposit reached the merchant site? Did you raise a refund enquiry from your bank? -
Were you using extra bet? What was the slot name? Do you have bet history or screenshot of the win?
