I don't think this will be accepted. It can't be proved if it was bonus buy or a base bonus trigger. If the casino doesn't have gamelog you should avoid it altogether.

Did you read the terms and conditions of the contest? What does it say about the distribution of the prizes?

Don't think they have an issue if you sign up/take bonuses but if you decide to close account at one casino they may close all your accounts at sister sites. This also means that in future you can't sign up at newly released casinos.

A game should atleast have a 10x win in bonuses. A game called primal megaways by blueprint gives you a bonus respin if you don't hit a minimum of 20x during a bonus round.

Even if your account is fully verified they will still delay your payment. It's their tactic to make you play down your funds. File a complaint ASAP.
