  1. If they were listed on AG you could have filed a complaint. That was probably the only solution. Do they have any ADR listed on their site?
  2. @Ultras34 when you play from mobile after you get screenshot go to desktop mode and hit the replay of win. Then at the end take screenshot of win or bet history from game and post it. Please try it and let me know if it helps.
  3. Rules apply to everyone. Everybody who doesn't show casino name in Screenshot, their entry is not valid. So as of now Ultras34 entry is invalid. Its just that @Icy got too excited and created the Leaderboard. He has been asked by @cocopop3011 to be careful in the future.
  4. @cocopop3011 pragmatic has some 5 lines slots. Are they banned for PP contest too? We had one allowed for Christmas contest.
  5. @lucus17 open the slot on which you got your hit. On that press the replay button and you will see your recent wins and top wins. From that click on your highest-winning multiplier and replay it and take the screenshot. I have circled what it looks like.
  6. This is not desktop mode. This is landscape, you have tilted the screen. Desktop mode looks like this.
  7. You are taking screenshot from mobile. Try the same thing with pc/ laptop. Does royal stars not have bet history?
  8. @Damien7780 maybe you can go on desktop mode and run replay and take screenshot of bet from Pragmatic. That will do. But wait for @cocopop3011 to take the final decision. If shes okay with people naming casinos then its all good.
  9. @cocopop3011 i believe we need some tougher rules regarding screenshots. People are just naming casinos without the casino name being visible on their screenshot. Maybe casino bet history should me made compulsory for every win no matter how many times you play at the same casino.
  10. Thanks but I am not from a restricted country.
  11. Thanks for the information. No I cant try royal stars because welcome bonus and vpn not allowed for me.
  12. @Anand99 are you from India? If yes then Gambling is not legal in India barring a few states. Also crypto is not fully legal in India. The government has no policy regarding Cryptos. So gambling with crypto also falls in grey area. Plus there is 35% tax on gains from Gambling. If you take this matter to Indian court or international court you will lose. Do your calculations, total deposits minus total cashouts. Whatever your losses are try to get back at least 50 to 75%. Dont expect anything more.
  13. @Damien7780 did you previously have an account at heats casino or del oro? How much time did it take for verification?
  14. Its important to know these things. The country from where you played, is gambling legal and is gambling legal in your entire country or only in certain regions? Is gambling regulated in your country? Also is crypto legal and regulated in your country?
  15. This is not the answer to the question. Is the wallet used to perform the deposit in your name?
  16. You said you have cashed out too. Was this 35k loss part of your previous cashout? And please tell about your deposit method, was it crypto and was it in your name?
  17. Yes. https://cert.gcb.cw/certificate?id=ZXlKcGRpSTZJaXR5WmpnMFdHWXdMM1k0U0dOUk1XMUJhR2REYTJjOVBTSXNJblpoYkhWbElqb2libTh5WnlzNFkzWlhhSGM1ZVhCaVlWcDNVVlZYUVQwOUlpd2liV0ZqSWpvaU1EQXdZamRoTkRKa1pXVTNZalF5TlRFeVpHWTNNelJsT0dKa01USmhZVEJoTW1ReVlqQTVORFF4T1dJeFlqQTNNR0ZoT1RVd1l6UTBaVFprTVRFME1TSXNJblJoWnlJNklpSjk=
  18. Yes. This is solely a players responsibility to follow rules. And you need to stop bringing up that "underage" argument here. You should stick to your case instead of saying that underage thing again and again. We are trying to help here but you are just adamant in your efforts to disregard their license. So please calm down and answer some questions. Did you deposit using crypto? Was the crypto wallet in your name? Did you lose all $35000 in under 24 hours? What is your profit loss history at the casino?
  19. The casino clears everything in their terms. As a player its your responsibility.
  20. Yes. This is true. Btw regarding your kyc issue. The casino claims to be anonymous casino. So they don't do security checks. They have advertised this too.
  21. @Anand99 how did you deposit at the casino? Bank, ewallet or crypto? If its crypto then these casinos usually allow you to play anonymously. They do ask your details during sign up. One very important thing that betpanda is regulated. They have costa rica license. It does not matter if you like their license or not. Bet panda is listed on Askgamblers and Askgamblers does all checks before listing a casino. Betpanda has a bad reputation, I agree. But they are licensed.
  22. I have been gambling for over eight years and I know how casinos function. While signing up you need to enter your age and the casino doesn't let you sign up if you are underage. If you lie and lose money its your responsibility. And let me make it clear that all casinos start verification check during withdrawal request. No casino asks for kyc during deposits. No matter how much you lose.
  23. Hold on. Deposits are allowed without kyc and most casinos follow this rule. Kyc is done during withdrawals and is mandatory. Some casinos allow withdrawals upto 1000 euros without kyc.
