Exactly half way there and still in with every chance of a successful wagering, even though some providers - Pragmatic especially - felt awfully switched off today and took a good chunk of what I'd built up. After 2 really good days, this was to be expected, I guess - even more so at the sub optimal RTP setting of 94%. -

I was on chat with them today. They simply say I'm not on the mailing list to receive this offer. I sent pictures, they asked for me to send the same picture but with different backgrounds (I assume to prove i didnt get the image off some website), so i did this. They then just said the same thing, I'm not on the list. I even offered to send a selfie with me holding it. So not sure what i would gain posting the pictures on here. So no doubt they were trying to catch me out, thinking i wouldnt be able to do this, but i did, i'm genuine, I was sent the offer. I have it. It was addressed to me. I just wish i had kept the envelope. But no doubt they'd say the same thing. They seem incapable of believing they made a mistake by sending it to me. Even though i did the wagering, i wasn't even bothered with all the free spins, I simply wanted an apology, they refuse to give me one. Its really the principle of the thing, but their customer service is so unhelpful that I'm not sure I want to deal with them anymore.
